My wife called HoodPro to clean our Viking 48" hood. Odey Yaacoubi came to the house the next day. He explained the process of cleaning, chemical to be used, preparing the area to prevent damage from the chemical spill, disassemble of the hood and its electrical parts. He gave me a $750 estimate and would be able to do the job the following week. He also said the office will be calling me to schedule the work for next week. All good, right?

I waited for a day - no call. I waited for 2 days - no call. So I decided to call Mr. Odey Yaacoubi. He answered the phone and immediately apologized and promise to get to the bottom as well as will be calling back in 5 minutes. 5 minutes passed. A day later passed. 2 days later passed. No calls!

So I call the office number. Some lady answer the phone and apologized and said she would get with Mr. Odey Yaacoubi to schedule the work.

2 more days later, I received a voice mail message from the office lady saying that 1) they are very busy and cannot schedule me in until 2 1/2 months later, and (this is the weirdest one) they only work at night, lastly 3) if these conditions are not acceptable, I should find other contractor.

In conclusion, if they don't want to do the work, why wasting my time. Furthermore, what is it about only working at night?

I would never do business with them or recommend them to anyone. Good luck!

The boss came out to do the visual inspection and he's such a stand up guy! The guys that came to do the work, awesome team, knowledgable, easy going and cleaned up the place GOOD!
