My busy schedule would not allow me to be at home during the cleaning and I was a bit nervous about letting a stranger in my home while not at home, but I was pleased and relieved to come home to not an object missing and my home left secured.This is a very reliable service that I deeply recommend to busy moms and dads.

Merry Maids has done an awesome job cleaning for me!! And the ladies always add a little extra touch somewhere— so you know they take pride in what they’re doing. I couldn’t be happier, and highly recommend them!

They cleaned my house the first time, left all curtains in a mess and messed up my blinds- left tables all pushed around... they didn't take 5 minutes to put things back. I complained so they came back...for free, and even did worse the second time. This time they skipped a room and one of the persons was on the phone most of the time she was cleaning. I will not use them again. Waste of money.

Using Merry Maids was my first time ever using a house cleaning service. I will not be using this company again because I set my appointment for 11:30am and no one showed until 1:30pm. I planned my day around being at home at this time to let them in, I waited as long as I could and my husband had to cancel a meeting to come home and let them in our home. No one gave me a courtesy call to inform me they were on their way, or how much longer they would be, much less apologize for my inconvenience. I had to call twice to ask and never got a clear answer as to why I’m waiting 2 hours.I am 9 months pregnant, when I pay for a service that is supposed to make my life easier I don’t expect a company to completely inconvenience my day and my husbands.

One star off because they rarely arrive within the time frame scheduled, and I try to be gone with my 3 kids so we're not in the way, which leaves us in a 2 to 3 hour limbo on cleaning days. Sometimes they don't clean the kitchen counters or wipe down the cabinets. However, they often clean plenty of areas I neglect. The cleaning products always smell just right, not too strong, but enough to know most things got touched.

Merry maids doesn’t really clean. It’s more of a wipe down than a cleaning. Plus all of the gals sent here do not consistently clean everything often missing dusting or leaving hair and dirt spots in the floor. Chrome in the Bathroom showers are not free of spots either. Toilet had residue in it and we had to clean ourselves. I like the mop the crew uses but they don’t keep it wet enough to really clean the floors. The crew this past Friday was much better and we worked with them with any missed items.

Did not speak English, would not follow my request. If I knew this, I would have taken a different approach. Perhaps asked the lady in the office to help fill the gap. Asked for a deep clean of 4 rooms and 1.5 baths. Left items on the floor (a straw under the counter, a clothing price sticker in the foyer, etc.), until I tipped the secondary woman (who I liked). Then they went back and picked those items up, on the already 'cleaned' areas. Kept looking for the master bedroom, no matter what I said. That was not one of the rooms that I requested to be cleaned. Bent the metal prongs on the plug for grandfather's leather recliner. It took a great deal of effort to bend them back, so I could get it into the outlet. Lead woman was aggressive.

The team of maids were great. They did an excellent job on my bathrooms, but missed my ceiling fans and lights on dusting. Still wonderful ladies who worked hard.

Very nice very clean great value. They always show up every 2 weeks they have my key they have good value they have nice people that speak english and do deep cleaning every time.

I was extremely pleased with my service. I had just moved into a home and needed just my bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. Debbie was able to get me a reasonable price and next day service. I was thrilled to come home to a sparkling bathroom and kitchen. Thank you for a wonderful job.
