House Cleaning reviews in Spring, Texas

Professional staff and most of the time they do a great job. There have been a few times where they have missed areas. Like around the toilet, wiping down the top of the shelf behind the toilet, or a cobweb on the ceiling fan stings. Other than that they do great work and the ladies are always so nice and considerate. We do wish the same ladies would come every time, we understand they can’t always, but we would like it if it was more consistently the same ladies. We have a favorite team who does a fantastic job, but we don’t know their names. Also, we never have to worry about our property with the ladies that have come, we have left out expensive products like Apple AirPods, iPads, jewelry (diamond earrings) and other pricey items. I’ve even accidentally left out gift cards and they always move them to clean and put it right back. The teams that have come to my home have been very trustworthy and professional.

The ladies are very nice, but definetly do not clean the house appropriately. They are usually late, and in multiple occasions used a product that stained my floors. Counters were not wiped cleaned, some rooms were not vaccumed, they do not properly mop the floors. The service is very expensive, and they definetly do not clean per the list of items that they were supposed to clean. I am cancelling the service, but with the 30 day notices, I am still supposed to pay for a service that is not done properly. I would recommend staying away from this company, if possible.

I do wish there was more attention to detail in the main spaces like the kitchen & living room. Sometimes things are brushed over, but the dispatcher is super helpful when I need to give that feedback. They ensure to let the crew know to address the issue.

I had only 2 good reviews over the two years of service. They were advised 2 weeks ago i no longer need their service. They texted me and said they would be here tomorrow. I called again, only to be informed they want 30 days notice. I never signed an agreement and will not pay.

I called 3 weeks in advance for a move out clean to be scheduled today. They were more expensive than the other options but they seemed like they had a good reputation so I went forward. It was supposed to be completed between 9-12 today. I even called at 2:30 to confirm it was completed and was told, “they are running late but will be there very soon and on there way.” Well I get home at 7 o’clock after work and guess who never showed up...? I would not recommend them. Not even a phone call to say nobody could make it. And the person (Eric) I called to just follow up around 2 pm seemed more annoyed to talk to me than I am about staying up till midnight to clean. --- Next day I have had to call 3 times to speak to a manager. I was cut off trying to explain my situation and sent to voicemail by a representative named Crystal. Still no Call back... Terrible customer service.
Update-- A wonderful manager named Kenya has reached out and actually listened to what I had to say, she apologized on behalf of the company and hopefully she turns the customer service around.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! For the safety of you and your family go somewhere else. Right after Christmas the two cleaners that came to my house stole a gift card and a $50 bill from us. When we tried to cancel they charged us a fee and would not let us speak to the manager. I would recommend literally any other company. Alicia the so called manager would not give us any information to resolve the issue and she lied and said they didn’t have the phone recording when it literally says the calls are recorded in the opening message. She talked to us like we were dumb and kept saying they do everything right.

I see merry maids replied with their prewritten response. The bottom line is we were stolen from and that was never addressed or corrected. Do not use this company. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Hired them two days previous to my move out of my apartment they were able to schedule me and work with my times. I could not be at the apartment at the time they came to clean it so just left it open with my belongings in it. The ladies that came in were honest and did not touch any of my belongings. They also accommodated the trash in a perfect manner. I hired them for a deep clean move out and my dog had shed so much hair in the past year they were able to clean it all up and also the doors and windows that had some of my dogs saliva. Easy to acquire, quick to give out an estimate and delivered the service on time just a great overall performance would definitely recommend their service.

The entire experience was great from start to finish. Communication was good and they kept me informed about my upcoming appointment and the arrival time. The ladies were on time and very professional. Needless to say they did an amazing job.

When I was out of country because I did not want to deal with the stress of coming home from a long flight and have to clean the house. They immediately scheduled me and it was just so nice to walk in a house that was not chaos. I scheduled for the biweekly which will hopefully help manage my stress level and maintain a clean home for my family! They did an amazing job! Can’t wait for

I wanted to give 5 stars because my service was excellent. The ladies did a great job. However, I only requested 3 hours of work. When the 3 hours were done, I mentioned that they could go ahead and leave to get to their next appointment and the lady advised it was okay and that they could stay and finish. They stayed and extra 30 minutes but that drastically increased my bill. I was not expecting to pay that much since I had agreed on 3 hours at my normal rate.

Very unprofessional “manager” - had the service bi-weekly for about a year. When we originally started, everything was good but went down hill after the original cleaners that serviced our house stopped coming.

Last cleaning we had, I walked into the house and it smelled like weed. Immediately contacted to figure out why the house smelled like it did, never heard back. After about a week without response or a re-do, I cancelled the service.

They charged me a cancellation fee because I didn’t give them a 30 day notice… I had no idea I had to give a 30 day notice because their employees smoked pot in my house.

Called to sort out that charge because it was ridiculous but the manager did not want to handle it cordially.

Would not recommend.

I am the last person to make a fuss about services, but I am beyond disappointed with my deep clean service today. I paid over $400 to come home to a house that still had dirty baseboards and dust in the corners. The ladies came back after I gave negative feedback, but it was still not the level of clean I was expecting for that amount of money. The supervisor came back with them and told me to tell them the problem areas, so I pointed out several, but I should not have to have the uncomfortable duty of pointing to every single thing that needs to be fixed. This was definitely NOT a deep clean, and I will not be using them again.

It’s a shame because I was truly so excited to have a spotless house after setting aside this money.

Additionally, when I wasn’t sure i could fit it in my schedule to have them come back to fix the problem areas, I was offered a small $40 discount. Just unacceptable and disappointing.

I recently had my rent house professionally cleaned, and the results were outstanding. The team did an amazing job from top to bottom — everything was spotless, fresh, and move-in ready. They paid close attention to detail, cleaned areas that are often overlooked, and left the entire home looking better than expected.

Communication was easy, they showed up on time, and completed the job efficiently without cutting corners. I truly appreciate the quality of work and professionalism.
