Muy buen servicio, recomiendo!!!!

I have Jorge as my cleaner and he is always very vigilant in his work. He spends the time and care to ensure the job is done. He doesn't just come in for 10 minutes and run off like the other pool cleaners I have had over the years. Humberto, the owner, always communicates when there is a mechanical issue for approval before he commences any repairs or replacements.

Humberto is always super responsive no matter what time and day I contact him!! Highly recommend this company for all your pool needs. I recently bought a house with a pool and Humberto and his team answered all the questions I had and fixed all issues and got my pool looking amazing!

Terrible experience with this company. This company cannot be trusted. If you have the time to spend to follow up with them constantly then maybe it's worth the savings. Otherwise, if you "trust'" that they will do their job and actually come, then expect your pool to look like a frog pond when you get home from vacation.

Also, the technician that serviced our pool did not speak a word of English. I would expect them to at least speak a few words pertaining to the pool and the job they are doing.

Do yourself a favor and go with another company even they cost a little more. Your pool will thank you.

Update: the photos posted were taken 2 weeks AFTER the "repair" was completed. In fact, it seems the repair was never completed properly.

And the offer to "recover" our pool should have been extended immediately when your technician did a visit while my wife was attempting to clean the pool herself. Instead your technician told her (in Spanish of course) that he did not have time to address the pool or her concerns. Even after calling a friend to translate, no care was shown or given.

Your offer to recover the pool was only extended after this review.

Sorry, this is not how you run a business and I feel sorry foe anyone else who uses your company.

They worked really well with my HOME Warranty company… they recommended that my pool motor be changed out, they got it done very quickly and now my pool motor doesn’t make any noise!

Excellent service. Always arrive when they say they will be here on our scheduled day. And on the two occasions when they had to reschedule, they gave us ample notice ahead of time and were promptly here the following day. I would highly recommend with 5 Stars!

I made an appointment with Humberto a week before to come look at my pool and give me a bid. I had a bad experience with my previous service and I wanted to talk to the owner and have him put eyes on the complicated system. I’m an out of town owner with a brand new pool and a very high tech system. Humberto, the owner, did not show for the appointment. I should have walked away right there. Instead he sent one of his workers, Rigo. I don’ speak Spanish and Rigo struggles with English. It was a terrible start to the relationship but I was promised that they would call a rep for Pentair and they would be educated on the system. I hired them because I needed to return to Florida. I paid them on September 10 for service for that month. Rigo came out and cleaned the filters and then that is the last time my pool was cleaned. The kid that was sent was throwing chlorine tabs in my skimmer and not cleaning because I have a self cleaning pool and he thought he could get away with it. There is more to the story but the bottom line was that I was lied to and then when I gave them another chance their ineptness continued. I fired them October 1 and I was charged again on October 6. They subsequently refunded my October 1 payment but kept the money for the month that they didn’t even clean. Dishonest is all I can say. I depend on reviews and I feel there is something fishy about all these rave reviews. Buyer be warned.

We rely on Riqo and The Woodlands Pool Experts for all of our pool needs! We thought we could do it on our own and let's just say Riqo had to bring our pool back to life🤭😆 We are so appreciative of all of his help and would recommend them every time!

After Harvey we were having trouble getting our pool right again. We called Woodlands Pool Expert and started weekly service with them. They came everyday until the pool was back to normal no additional charge. We highly recommend them for your pool needs.

A few months ago I left a very negative review. We have been customers of Woodlands Pools Experts for at least 5 years. I was frustrated with the results and outcomes; had communicated with our tech almost weekly about my concerns. He told us our filter was too small, it was our Polaris, etc. I terminated our service and Humberto reached out to me several times.
I finally took his call and told him all the details, my concerns, why, and how unhappy I was with the service. Humberto listed, and asked me if he implemented several changes to address my specific complaints, would we give him an opportunity to fix it. We did and he has kept his word.
He changed our pool tech, who actually goes out of his way to come to our home, but has made such a difference. Humberto gave me his cell phone number and told me to call with any issues. He has either called or texted me at least 2-3 times monthly to follow up and make sure all is well. And he has come by our home to check our pool, talk with me when I was available, and addressed every one of my complaints.
We are so pleased to share things are so much better. I realized I needed to communicate directly with Humberto and he has made sure to hold his employees accountable. We are very happy with our service!

We have been very happy with Woodlands Pool Experts. We have a relatively new pool that is 9 months old. I have however had a pool in my former house for 20 years. I had fairly good service at the time. Now with this company we are experiencing a higher level of service! They are responsive immediately when I have a concern and any action is accomplished quickly. It’s a family business and we actually communicate with the owner directly. Very professional and well presented staff.

It’s very hard to find honest, Responsive, Hardworking people like Woodlands Pool Experts. They always show up and do an excellent job! They respect private property and provide professional services at a very reasonable price. Best pool experts in the area. Humberto is very professional and always available to provide you with the best customer service.

I am so pleased with this company. I have used pool services before only to be disappointed and taken advantage of. This has NOT been the case with Woodland Pool Experts. I will be updating with pics soon and the gentleman's name that I have communicated with regarding our pool upkeep. I just can't say enough good things.
Update: don't know what's up but the last few weeks have been spotty. I hope to have our issues resolved.

We have used Woodlands Pool Experts for maintaining and servicing our pool. The pool always looks amazing! Their pricing is good, as is their customer service- they are very responsive to any questions or concerns that we have. We are very pleased with the job that they do!

I've only used them once but had a great experience with them. My husband usually takes care of our pool but was unable for a time so I called Woodlands Pool Experts and had them come out to help. They took care of everything as we discussed beforehand - no surprises. Professional and courteous. Will use them again should the need arise.

Woodlands Pool Experts has been servicing our pool for about 6 months since we moved to Houston. Humberto has been very professional and responsive through text message. During the freeze he texted me and informed me that I needed to run the pump 24/7. When I told him I've never owned a pool and didn't know how to do that he called me and walked me through the process. We did have an issue for a few weeks in a row where our pool was turning green only a couple days after cleaning, Humberto personally came out and cleaned our pool. It has been much better since then.

We have been with the woodlands pool experts for over a year now and they have been fantastic, great service!

We just built a new pool and got different quotes. This company was the best price and the only one that took the time to do a demonstration of what the weekly service involved. We love so far how responsive Humberto and Rigo are to questions and concerns. I feel very comfortable asking questions because Humberto always replies very fast and professional. The pool is also very clean.

It’s been a great experience since day one. Humberto the owner, is always available to answer any questions, he explained everything upfront so I knew exactly how much I was going to pay. The technician comes and takes his time cleaning the pool, no rush. When he leaves my pool is sparking clean and I know exactly what was done since he leaves a detailed checklist at my door every time he comes. I can’t say enough good things about Woodlands Pool Experts! I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love this pool company for so many reasons. I haven’t contacted them once that I didn’t get an immediate response and solution to my questions or problem.

Even if my pool looks clean they don’t skip any steps in the pool cleaning. Every week they are consistent. They make sure all the equipment is thoroughly checked and functioning properly each week before they leave. Their techs are thoroughly trained and have oversight from the office to make sure everything is done properly.

I had a previous company that only spent 10-15 minutes each visit and didn’t clean very well - or not at all on some occasions. But, I’ve never had to worry about this company - not even once. They are very consistent in following good pool cleaning procedures and are extremely customer service driven. I can’t recommend them enough!
