After a storm left our pool a mess, Woodlands Pool Experts showed up fast and handled everything with care. They restored the water quality and even gave helpful tips for future maintenance. Top-tier service all around!

Tech came out for any issues and gave estimate before fixing anything only after my approval. My pool is still looking beautiful even during the pollen weeks when I heard so many of my friends irritated with green pools. I would definitely recommend this company !!!

They have always been immediately responsive to my concerns and pool issues. They dispatch tech quickly to handle all problems. My pool filter needed replacement and the manager ensured it was done promptly and correctly- by him personally!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Woodlands Pool Experts.
In an effort to save a few $$ the HOA where I live moved from WPE to another pool maintenance contractor... and how sorry I am that they did that!!
All it took was one call to Humberto and he made sure that all work was done to restore the pool at a very reasonable price.
I was left with a very good feeling that business was being conducted in very good faith because he did not "nickel & dime" me when a little more vacuuming was needed.
Also a big "thumbs up" to Emma and Antonio for doing their perspective jobs very well.
I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

I recently moved to the area and never owned a pool before. I called many businesses and not only did Humberto answer he personally showed up and we scheduled times and prices(better than others? For service. My pool guy George is always professional and polite and even helped me diagnose a faulty copacitor. I highly recommend Woodlands pool experts. Thank you so much

Update 10/8/22:
I have to update my review to give the owner Humberto credit. He came out personally to supervise the cleaning after my complaints about the pool being green. He also did not charge for services from September given the shape of the pool. It now looks great/as it should. Hopefully the technician maintains it to the same quality as when Humbeto was here to supervise.

Initially this company was great. Unfortunately, in this post Covid world most service companies start off great and hit a wall. They are no exception. I have been getting weekly service with an increasingly green and dirty pool. They recommended and cleaning and pump repairs which it did for a total of +3000 with a WORSE looking pool after service. The tech very often left his trash from repairs in my back yard. They office and owner were responsive to my complaints but unfortunately my pool still looks terrible.

They’ve been taking care of our pool for a while now, and honestly, it’s never looked better. The water is always crystal clear, and they’re so consistent and dependable — rain or shine, they show up and do an amazing job.

What I really appreciate is how easy they are to communicate with. If I ever have a question or notice something off, they respond quickly and take care of it right away. You can tell they actually care about their work and their customers, which is rare these days.

It’s such a relief not having to worry about the pool anymore. I completely trust them and recommend Woodlands Pool Experts to anyone who wants great service and peace of mind.

Bennett and company from Apex cleaning came out to do the pressure washing of our sidewalk and drive way and they hit the ball out of the park. On time to do the work and executed it flawlessly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Bennett and Blake did an amazing job cleaning our windows. They look as good as new again. I especially love the way they clean them with a streak free rinse so it is much quicker than the traditional squeegee. They cleaned 38 windows in an hour!
