We have been using Woodlands Pool Experts for the past several months and have been very happy with their services. We switched to them from another company and have been very impressed with their professionalism, care taken when cleaning our pool, they are always on time, and our pool consistently looks great!

Humberto and his crew of pool cleaners and pool technicians are very knowledgeable and they did a great job servicing my pool for the last 3yrs. Good people!

We've used these folks for nearly 3yrs now, taking care of our inground 23,000gal pool/spa. No issues. Service done fast, efficient, no drama, no extra charges, no delays. They gently inform us of issues (cracked 6way valve, rusty timer box, hole in DE screen) and address with reasonable charges (100$ for DE filter clean, 150$ for timer) for all. Even their part costs are ok, no crazy upcharge like other repair shops tack on (I know, I bought parts for 10yrs for that pool). Give them a call, try to get on their schedule.

The technician that normally comes to do our pool, Antonio, is fantastic! He is courteous, respectful and knowledgeable about his work. He always leaves our pool crystal clear and communicates with us in regards to when it’s safe to swim and what upkeeps are recommended. Antonio, is hardworking and takes his job seriously. I’ve used several pool service companies over the past 11 years in The Woodlands and Humberto and crew are definitely proving to be the best. They have provided my pool service/maintenance for three years now and I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and work ethic. Their prices are lower than most and they provide all chemicals so I don’t have to worry about running by the pool store anymore. Humberto is ALWAYS quick to respond to my texts if I have any questions or issues. They are professional, prompt and courteous. All of the pool maintenance guys are great and they have every aspect of maintenance and repair covered from routine weekly pool service and filter cleaning to the repair and/or installation of equipment. What else can I say, just give them an opportunity to help you and I promise you won’t regret it!

We have been using The Woodlands Pool Experts for approximately 3 months and have been very pleased with their service. We had an issue with algae that kept coming back and the owner, Humberto, came over to personally oversee the issue to ensure the algae issue was properly addressed (and since then, our pool has been in perfect condition!). We love to support local businesses and this one is definitely 5-star! Highly recommend!

Stay away from them! I have really bad experience with them. I am quite busy so I just let it slip. They do not clean well, but now I noticed that they bill me for no-shows! I was at home this afternoon and saw no one at my pool. But I still received an email letting me know the service was done. The pool is dirty and there is no way I just didn’t see the pool guy work at the pool. See the picture! I just took it today after seeing the email from them! Last Thursday was the same situation. I thought I just missed them. While the pool as not clean, I thought it was due to the storm. I have not seen those service tags they leave on my back door either for a while. My pool is severely damaged due to poor cleaning. They told me it was because the pool construction company didn’t do a proper job. But I didn’t have any problem before they took over the service. I am too embarrassed to even post the pictures of the damaged parts of the pool. Served me right by being too lazy to deal with it properly.

Our pool has been maintained by Woodlands Pool Experts for 4 years with exceptional service. Weekly care, they promptly notify and reschedule if there is any reason to change, mostly weather related. Same technician: experienced and reliable, this has built confidence and security for someone coming at home, door closed, dog protected. Open communication with tech and manager, rapid response if there is any concern to take care of.
