We used Freedom Maids and are very pleased with their work. I needed help cleaning out my garage, reorganizing and getting rid of unwanted items.It seemed overwhelming, and I wasnt sure where to start. Maury and his crew were very understanding and kind. They made it so easy to organize and donate. They took my donations to the Goodwill and got my receipts. They helped me put out lots of trash, and even hauled some away when it was too much for my neighborhood pickup. They helped the same way as we went through the house. What a great feeling to organize what I kept and donate what I didnt need. They also did a deep cleaning of my home and I highly recommend their company.

I hired Freedom Maids to do a deep clean related to hoarding in my mom's home. These guys were fantastic! They spent 7 days deep cleaning each of the rooms in the house, helped declutter areas, and organize along with having all of the garbage and unwanted items removed from the house. The team was very friendly, professional, compassionate, non-judgmental and willing to assist in any way possible which can be difficult when working with elderly people with dementia. I commend this company for having such a warm, friendly, and professional team that can work with folks in these type of situations. SUPERIOR JOB!! Thanks so much!!! Grateful for these folks, they helped my mom downsize and move into a new apartment after she broke her hip. The owner Maury was extremely responsive and professional from the very first moment we spoke through to the end of the project. His team leader Rosalio provided prompt service as promised, and was helpful in making decisions about what should stay or go when I couldn't be physically present, by sending texts/pictures, and taking time to speak on the phone to clarify as needed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for help cleaning/organizing/moving if you are in a difficult situation. This was definitely work I could not myself... the service isn't cheap, but the value they provide is ultimately worth it.

I have nothing short of amazing things to say about this company. I first made contact a month or 2 ago in the midst of a very difficult time in my life, I was pregnant with twins, having a lot of issues with my current relationship, and dealing with a severe depression as well, and in the midst of all that, had completely let my apartment go while I was staying elsewhere. When things started going downhill in my relationship I realized I had a problem because I needed to be able to go home, but home had become unlivable. I contacted several companies, and told them all my situation, I was running on limited income, but needed a solution. Maury with Freedom Maids was the only one who reached out immediately, and not only showed compassion and understanding, but a sense of urgency as well. I ended up going into labor early, and having my sons at 32 weeks, and found myself in even more of a dire situation, because I knew I needed help. I got with Maury, and he arranged for a team to come out yesterday morning. After all is said and done, I am completely amazed at the dedication and thoroughness they have. I was blown away when I saw my apartment. When I walked in my door after they finished all I could do was cry. They went above and beyond what I ever even expected them to do for me. My apartment is now actually a home I can bring my boys home to when they finally get released from the NICU, and I have Freedom Maids to thank for that. No judgement was passed, and they know what they are doing. I highly recommend them, and from now on they will be the only company I ever recommend as well. Thank you so much for everything!

Their team did a fabulous job - doing a deep clean, cleaning walls, ceilings, doors, floors and everything in between. They hauled out a lot of trash and sorted and boxed things to make room. They listened to my requests patiently, followed instructions and did an excellent job. I am very very happy with the work they did and the price. I will definitely hire them again!

After a loved one passed away, we faced an immediate challenge of finding documents in a home that was impacted by hoarding for more than 15 years. It was an overwhelming challenge to us! We found Freedom Maids after googling for these services. Maury responded immediately and was so reassuring about how the home could be remediated and brought back to a safe and healthy condition. He walked thru the various steps they would take, how they would set aside anything they deemed valuable or needing to be saved, the cleaning process and other services they could provide. From the beginning, his reassurance and professional approach helped us to make the decisions and next steps we needed to take. Freedom Maids came in and did exactly what they had promised -- and Maury kept us updated as the process went on -- including needing more supplies and an extra day. This was such a huge task at a time that the family was in grief and mourning, and Maury and Freedom Maids gave us the help and honest service that we needed at that point. My mother is in the hospital and will need to return home under nurse home care. She is a person that never got rid of anything. Freedom Maids specialized in cleaning homes that are a result of hoarding. They were able to come in to give my father and I a mountain of relief from not having to worry about getting my mother situated when she returns home. I had a tight timeline which they were able to accommodate my father and I without delay. They were extremely thorough and worked expeditiously. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was skeptical about using a service like this but I had just recently lost my mother and she left a home behind with a surplus of stuff that I didn't know how to deal with and trash and debris I consulted with Maury who took an assessment of the home and gave me an estimate. I waited a few weeks and then I finally called him and I was assigned with Shelly was very nice and compassionate. Very impressed with her bathroom cleaning skills as my mother's bathroom was in desperate need of cleaning she jumped in there and just started cleaning like it was her own Mother's bathroom. They help sort pack and discard trash items. I had a lot of work but I feel like they got much done with the time they had and I will be calling them back for more service to finish the project long term. Appreciate all you do !

I have to say when I first contacted Maury I wasn't sure if he could help me. The house I needed him to clean is in Texas and I live in Orkney, Scotland and worried communication would be an issue. Maury & his team soon put me at ease and the job they have done is nothing short of miraculous. In a very short time they cleared out the house and once again it looks like a home. I am truly amazed at the work they have done in such a short time. We still have a ways to go but having Maury & his team on the job I know anything is possible. I highly recommend Freedom Maids.

This is my second time using Freedom Maids and Maury and his team did an incredible job. After my father’s passing, Maury showed compassion as I described the delipidated, cluttered condition of his home. Freedom Maids organized items that we wanted to keep and delivered items to various family members. Maury and his team are life-savers and I can't say enough good things about them. My parents and I engaged Maury remotely when we discovered that a relative in Houston had a severe hoarding problem. Super Work! I needed help to clean out my Father's house and they were great. The team was very compassionate and understanding of the situation. Would HIGHLY recommend this business. They are honest, understanding, very responsive and they get the job done! We did not know anything about Freedom Maids and we live out of town. We were very apprehensive about having complete strangers come in to deep clean for us. After talking to Maury and meeting his team, we were completely at ease. I am so thankful for Maury and his crew. Our family covered the cost of a 4-day transformation for a family friend with 3 kids who went through a divorce last year.
