I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning at all this time. I have discussed the issues with the owner and was still charged full price, which I felt wasn't right at all. You would think this company would try and satisfied the customer in order to keep them. Plus I had 4 people that was wanting me to refer them. But if I wasn't satisfied and nothing as done to satisfy me, I don't think it's right to refer them and they end up unsatisfied as well.

The ladies did a fantastic job! My house was dirty and I was concerned it would take longer than normal but not with these professionals. I’d highly recommend group 1!! I would definitely have them return.

I booked a move out clean, I got assigned with group 1. The ladies were friendly, and very efficient. They let me know of a leak in the house that I wasn’t even aware of. The team of ladies at Lily-White Cleaning have been taking care of our home for the last 2.5 years. The ladies are kind, careful and detailed, and our house feels like a brand new home after every visit. They are reasonable on pricing and incredibly consistent and punctual (they never missed a day in the last 2.5 yrs). I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I've been using Lily White for about six months now. I never expect that things go perfectly as we're all human and that the way to determine the condition of the relationship is in how misunderstandings or short falls are handled. There have been some issues with my cleaning not being up to par, but the office has always been quick to rectify any problems. I do wish they would offer laundry service.

Delta, Dora & Beatrice were wonderful. They came in & immediately started & worked non-stop. The job they did was great. I would love to have any one of them to help me again. I will be using your company on a routine basis.

I LOVE these ladies. They are amazing. Had them for 3 years now and hope to have for more. Their crews are constantly good, doesn’t matter if new people come. On the first day when I hired them I gave a list of how I need things to be cleaned (yep, I am that OCD). 3 yrs later I never had to remind. I try to give a little token of appreciation on Christmas, as good service is difficult to find and they maintained good standards over the last 3 yrs.

Lily-White is great. Brenda and her team were efficient and detailed. I have used their service several times. I like that I’m able to speak with someone and describe my needs and they’re able to basically customize my cleaning. Very reasonable rates with usually a team of three so they’re very quick.
