Excellent experience! Just had a whole house re-duct. Situation was far from being textbook thanks to shoddy work from previous HVAC company. Took much longer than anticipated but the crew stayed and put in the extra time to get it right. Highly recommend this company based on communication skills, experience and knowledge, and price.

Although my call was late in the day, Joey of JB Services came immediately to assess my a/c problem. He explained all of my repair options & offered his expertise to help me make the best decision for my particular unit. His work was fast & efficient at a fair price. Unfortunately, I must edit my review. I have called repeatedly for service on my air conditioner. Although I have spoken to an office representative, I have never received a call back from the technician and finally had to call another a/c repair service. I am now learning that I should have registered my unit 4 years ago, but I did not know that and never received warranty information. I've also called and asked for the warranty information, but again did not get a call back or an email with the information. I am shocked that the quality of customer service has changed so much.

Joey with JBS Cooling was very responsive and knowledgeable while servicing my restaurant’s AC system. From start to finish, Joey was a pleasure to work with—explaining every step of the maintenance and repair process and making sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find a company that truly values integrity and great customer service, but JBS Cooling and Heating delivered on both.

JBS arrived at the stated time. The technicians were pleasant and gave a quote on the ice machine repair. The diagnostic charge is too expensive.

I am soooo incredibly thankful for expo!!!! They came out within an hour of me calling, not having ac for 6 hours in texas is horrible. Instead of just looking at my unit and telling me I need a new unit which is what other companies did today, he actually diagnosed it and fixed it!!! He was so kind and respectful. I would recommend Expo to anyone!!!!! I will be using for future repairs!!!!! Thank you!!!

After arriving home from a trip and walking into a very hot house. I called Expo. They told me what things I could check. And those things didn’t take care of the situation. They came out early the next day and took care of the problem. They came out the following week for a routine service call already scheduled and doubled checked everything for me. I also had them install a thermostat that I can watch the temp of the house when I am away. Very friendly and very helpful. Will use them again if needed

Expo replaced my AC drip pan quickly. The cost was good, repairmen were friendly and professional. I'd recommend Expo to anyone needing AC repair!

Update: 3rd visit was outstanding as always! My second experience with Expo Heating & Cooling was as excellent as the first. In less than two days, I had new furnaces and air conditioners. They were careful, thorough, and quality. Will recommend no one else!

Expo Heating & Cooling replaced the outdoor A/C unit for my house. The owner, Jubran, and his crew are very easy to work with, totally professional, and their fee was very reasonable. They showed up when they said they would and finished the work within the time-frame that was promised. I highly recommend Expo, and will use them again when needed.

Great service! Ac fan went out today three years after they installed the whole system. I called them today, they showed up today, and replaced the fan the same day. Amazing! The part was covered under my Trane ten year warranty. I didn’t even have to show them my warranty. They still my record file which they pulled up and they placed the order. I just paid the labor and tonight I’m sitting cool. Very satisfied and impressed.
