We weren’t sure what to expect since our previous tech had retired. Eric was very efficient and explained everything he did. He had reviewed our previous services so he was informed about our system. We have requested Eric be our new regular technician for future service. We like the price for our yearly contract and how it provides peace of mind that our HVAC system will be maintained properly

Much different than mine, I prepaid last year for future service. I made an appointment 10 days ago. Their tech was supposed to be here at my house at 11:30, I get a text at 1pm saying he is on the way, and about an hour eta. No call to let me know, the appt time would not be honored. The tech was going to be 3 hours late. I made time out of my day to be home. Yet, to this very day, not one person has called back to apologize for wasting my time. But, obviously they already having my money, they really don’t care. Literally, no accountability or responsibility this company has for its customers. They can keep the money, and give no service for that money. That’s their game they play to get money out of people, to just not provide service. Not reputable, or trustworthy. Rip people off and steal their money, is their primary goal.

First of all... thank you for the same day appointment! I have 2 elderly ladies in the house and not having any heat would be terrible with this weekends freeze coming!

Now the technician, Mr. Thomas Sanders... One of the nicest, most personable and knowledgeable HVAC Technicians I have met. Thomas walked me through everything he was doing and what he was going to do to troubleshoot the problem. It was a simple repair when all is said and done, but it took a bit knocking out what wasn't wrong.

Thank you for the great customer service and I will be calling you for the maintenence of my HVAC systems.

Always quick and convenient to schedule (or reschedule when life happens). Their techs are friendly and professional and always on time. I would recommend Amazing Morrow first every time for A/C and heating services!

I called Amazing Morrow for repairs on my furnace. I initially called another company that quoted me not only a ridiculous amount to fix a broken part but they also tried to convince me to replace other parts that didn’t need to be replaced. I then called Amazing Morrow for a second opinion, and not only did they fix the broken part at a fraction of the cost of what was originally quoted by the other company, but they tested the entire system and confirmed that there were no other issues with the system. I will definitely use them again for all HVAC needs.

I had a 25 year old system that was on its last legs. I had a few companies out to get quotes for options but I hadn't really been impressed with any of them. Morrow was extremely easy to work with and communicated clearly throughout the process. Trevor arrived and was very thorough in walking me through options for both repair and replacement. He is very knowledgeable and patient and honestly is the reason why I ultimately chose to work with morrow. I decided to replace my system and the crew showed up the next day. Jeffrey and his crew worked quickly and got the job done in 1 day despite a few obstacles that arose. I cannot recommend morrow mechanical more!

Chris Cardenas from Morrow went the extra mile for me. He had found an accumulation of dried grass underneath the grill of the exterior unit and cleaned it out. Then he found bacteria growing in my vents upstairs. My air inside is cleaner than it’s ever been. Chris is a polite, pleasant and attentive expert. He’s who I’ll ask for everytime.

Morrow Mechanical came out in 2025 to give us a "check up" on the HVAC system existing in the home when we bought it (1992), so we knew it was a matter of time before a new system and ductwork would be needed. We discussed several options and agreed on the Daikin Fit. I have had two service calls for "check ups" and the system has run great in both summer and winter. The Fit takes some getting used to, but now that we have had it through 4 seasons, i would recommend this quality system. My only complaint is with Daikin, not Morrow, that the thermostat needs to be improved.
George Beck did this past "check up" on the furnace, changed the hepa filter and all is well. He was very courteous, quick and responsive. I appreciate that he showed me the filter before changing, and allowed me to make that decision.
Keep up the great work Morrow!!!!!

Morrow was my second opinion when my heater stopped working. The original company told me I needed all new furnaces and Morrow came out. Give me an opinion ... Told me there was no guy who's totally trying to rip me off ...switched something (?).. came back three days later with the corrected part and now everything is working perfectly… All a fraction of original people's price price and time Would 1000% use again reliable trustworthy and communicative. Highly recommend.!!!!

I've used Morrow for several years. All the technicians so far have be good. Will Whitton checked my units yesterday and was very friendly, professional and thurough. He answered all the questions I asked and took the time to make sure I understood. I renewed my contract with Morrow because I believe in their service and I trust them to treat me right.

Great service! Called and actually got a live person (unlike another Co that had an AI rep) got a technician out to me in a few hours. Mike B was great. He explained what was going on and took care of everything. No up sale or price gouging. Will be calling Mr Morrow again!

Showed up on time and tech was very knowledgeable. Work was completed as explained and expected and no high pressure for work upgrades or additional services not requested. Tech was extremely nice and friendly and will be recommending Amazing Morrow to everyone I know and they will be the only one I will call in the future.

Good salesmanship, but it's all lies. No follow through.
In May of this year, we purchased an over $30,000 dual zoned Lennox air conditioner.
The very kind salesman, that would never take my call after the first meeting when we signed, didn't put down what we discussed or no one could read, the changes to the ductwork. The agreed upon price included that, however it was not done.
And as I said he would never answer the phone again.
We have an odd situation where one room upstairs is running on the downstairs air conditioner. Part of the deal was for them to re-duct that room to the upstairs Air conditioner that was being replaced. "Don't know what you're talking about", So it didn't happen.
And a huge pet peeve, they didn't show us how or where to change the filter. It is in the attic I assume. I guess we're supposed to call for service? Seriously? What a scam.

This air conditioner is for my mother's house. She has advanced alzheimer's.
I'm so tired of people screwing her over, taking advantage. All I have is my voice. I hope somebody reads this and makes a better decision that I.

    Disclosure: I'm a furnace engineer.

I decided to replace a builder-grade 1-stage Lennox system that blew an evaporator coil leak and lost all refrigerant charge. Upgraded to a variable-speed system: Lennox EL18 variable-capacity outdoor unit & Lennox SL280 2-stage communicating gas furnace.

Trevor B. came out to inspect/quote the job and was great to work with! Wasn't pushy at all and gave plenty of time to think through options. I originally wanted to go with the SL290 condensing furnace and EL22 outdoor unit, but he steered me towards the 80% furnace (better value for the milder southern winter) with the EL18 outdoor unit. Appreciated that his goal was to get me good value and wasn't solely to get a high commission.

Val C. was the lead installer the day of the install and did a fantastic job. I've never come across any other HVAC tech who did as great of a job and takes pride in his work like he does. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail and not wanting to cut corners like too many HVAC techs do. He's by far the best HVAC tech who's ever come out to work on my system. He was thrilled when he heard I was an engineer because he knows we appreciate his kind of work and attention to detail.

Chris C. replaced part of my fresh air inlet duct that was ruined from a bad mastic job by a tech with another company and made the damper motor accessible. This makes it easier for me to get the fresh air vent working again after I upgrade its control (current control won't work with a variable-speed communicating system). He also replaced an access door that had a loose latch rivet and wasn't sealing air well. My critique is he lacked some attention to details. He didn't re-install the inner panel correctly, causing attic air to suck into my system, and thoughtlessly installed a transformer for the UV light in a bad spot; more about that in #5 (below). He also told me that while servicing units, you can expect things like sheet metal to be stripped on your unit. I totally disagree with that; if you're careful and don't use an impact drill to tighten sheet metal screws, nothing will ever get stripped.

    Reasons I can't give 5-stars:
    1) Gas input rate (BTU/hr) wasn't checked when commissioning the furnace in neither LO nor HI fire. For you non-engineers, this means if there is too much gas pressure going to the burners, the heat exchanger runs hotter than designed and could fail faster.
    2) Pulling HVAC permits weren't mentioned, and I didn't know to ask at the time. I wish that was made more clear.
    3) Cleaning the existing AC lineset wasn't made clear to me either. Another contractor discloses all of this on their website and is super clear about it. It's an important step because it can mean life or death for the compressor. I don't want a outdoor unit that cost me ~ $9k failing prematurely if that was skipped!
    4) The 2 younger techs on the install left enough garbage around my new outdoor unit that I had to mention something about it. When you are paid to do a job, always clean up after yourself and never make the person paying clean it up.
    5) For the UV light install, the tech drilled a transformer through the insulation and cabinet of a new furnace...leaving 2 screws poking out. With a little thought, it could've easily been installed on a panel inside next to the main transformer. NEVER drill through the cabinet, unless you absolutely have to. I contacted Morrow, they sent him back and he moved it to where he should've installed initially with my suggestion. That transformer is in the right location now, but the holes are still there from its 1st location. All I can do is keep them covered with foil tape. Still not 100% satisfied because It doesn't sit well just after spending thousands of $ on a new machine.

Overall, a good experience and happy I went with Morrow. Some important things overlooked and have disappointment with the lack of finesse, but would still recommend. Younger techs need more emphasis on quality. Make sure you educate yourself before doing a job and ask the right questions!

Called JBS for some cooling issues in one of my bedrooms. Joey was quick and very knowledgeable about everything I needed. If you need an AC guy he is the one.

We had a great experience with JBS Refrigeration and can’t recommend them enough. Their pricing was fair, their knowledge was obvious from the start, and they were incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process.

Blake came out to install our walk in freezer unit, and we quickly discovered that the previous company had unfortunately ruined the units we had planned to use. Instead of just pushing a quick fix, Blake took the time to walk us through every option in detail so we could make the most informed decision for our business. He really had our best interest in mind, focusing on long term reliability and protecting our investment.

We ultimately decided to purchase a new unit, and Blake had it installed the very next day. The turnaround time alone was impressive. After installation, he made sure we fully understood maintenance and upkeep, and reassured us that they’re always just a phone call away if we ever need anything.

As a beef company, having a reliable walk in freezer is absolutely critical to our operation, and JBS gave us complete peace of mind. We’re so grateful for Blake and the entire team. Highly recommend!

Did not fix anything. Passed it off on my geothermal unit as the problem.
