We had our A/C go down late in the day and don’t know who we should contact. After a friend recommended ASAP HVAC we called and they showed up the same day to help solve our problem. The tech was able to quickly diagnose our problem and provided an immediate solution without trying to take advantage of us with unnecessary repairs. We had our A/C back up in less than 20 minutes. Job well done! Very customer friendly, You guys were recommended to me and you matched up to the glowing report given to me. A little expensive but so is everything today. Very impressed by their work. Plan on using them for another property that was just acquired.

Alex came out after hours and was awesome! Final repairs were scheduled on the spot and got us back and cooling down in no time! Very impressed with him and how thorough he was! Answered all the questions we had and gave us recommendations. Definitely glad Alex came out and we found ASAP HVAC!

ASAP is wonderful, everyone truly went above and beyond! We initially met with Alex, and he was great. He was here right on time, at the beginning of the window we were given (no waiting around - awesome!) He was excellent at explaining everything to us; we felt like we understood the whole process, what exactly our A/C issues were, and how we could remedy them effectively but still on our budget. With a customizable repair plan and several tiers of maintenance options, we got exactly what we needed! They were able to schedule our repairs within two days of our initial diagnostic visit, and with the maintenance plan we selected, we even got a 5% discount on repairs.

They sent out Steve the very next day to look at our duct work, as that is his specialty - he was equally fantastic, you could tell he was very passionate and really knew what he was doing. After a thorough inspection, he too talked us through the specifics of what was good and not so good about out duct arrangements, and gave us top tier suggestions (in addition to answering our many, somewhat extraneous questions). Never once did we feel rushed through the appointment, which was so appreciated.

And finally, the following morning we had Nathan at our house, to actual handle all the recommended maintenance & installations that we had approved. He was so polite and worked within our schedules to have everything completed in a timely manner, and we noticed an improvement in our A/C performance immediately!!

Today was my first time to use this ac company. Our tech Alex was very knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnoses. The professionalism was on point and his kindness doesn't go unnoticed. Alex came by to help me understand why my system was not runnng well and get the best options, so we can have a working system come summer. He was so even keel and calm that my dogs and cats, who normally bark and hide, were out investigating him.

Alex was quick to install window air conditioners for us until new a/c unit is installed tomorrow so we are comfortable in this Texas heat. He showed up exactly as expected and was so nice to work with. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing a/c work.

A total of four HVAC companies came out to provide estimates for restoring my air conditioning system. Each technician followed the same initial diagnostic process, inspecting the outdoor condenser unit and the indoor air handler located in the attic. Alex from ASAP stood out as the only technician who took the time to clean up after himself, including sweeping insulation that had fallen from the attic ceiling onto the floor... something I had otherwise found myself doing after the other visits.
