Brandon is an excellent tech who was great at providing me necessary information about our HVAC system.

We have been using Morrow for several years and recently needed HVAC work. Started having an issue with the work and contacted their office (Mr. Justin Morrow)to rectify. Worked it out through Savannah, no problems. Hooray Savannah!

The service performed was a yearly maintenance that is part of the SmartAC monitoring system installed by Morrow Mechanical. The service technician was Zachery Betz . The young man was prompt, very professional, knowledgeable about the equipment and over all a very likeable person. Zachery kept me informed about each stage of the work he performed and at the end of the service gave me an assessment of my HVAC system and answered all of my questions. Great job Zachery.
My overall experience with Morrow Mechanical has be an excellent one. They have installed and serviced two HVAC systems in two different residences through the years for me and I can honestly say that Morrow Mechanical has been a pleasure to work with . The management and service technicians are all top notch. Almost forgot the ladies on the other end of the phone have also been a pleasure to deal with.

Deterrious Boyd did an excellent job going though the heating system and explaining each step he performed to keep furnace maintained. He provided additional items that I should consider doing to extend the life of the system without pressuring me. Great job!!!

Sam provided excellent service. He checked my air conditioner, my thermostat and looked over my furnace,

He believed the surge protector that another company put on my air conditioner, was the problem.

If I lost electricity, the surge protector would turn itself off and then my air conditioner couldn’t kick in. We went ahead and replaced it with the new surge protector.

I have not experienced any problems since Sam came to fix my air conditioner. Lost electricity a few times and the air conditioner still working.

I would recommend Amazing Morrow Mechanical if someone needs help with their air conditioner.

He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly before leaving my home.

Eric Weaver did an excellent job. He double checked everything to make sure everything was correct. I requested Eric to be my service advisor for all future calls.

Morrow installed our system 2019. Maintenance every year by same company. Chris went above and beyond cleaning our intake grates. Then upon smelling just a whiff of gas in our attic found a small leak inside furnace that others had overlooked; he repaired it on the spot! Thank you Chris Cardenas!!!

Eric came to our home last week to do an winter check on our a/c systems. He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable about our systems. Answered every question and concerns we had and made sure everything was left as he found it. We have been using Morrow Mechanical for over ten years and trust them with our home.

Sam is very professional. He explains things clearly and is willing to answer questions. Morrow has good communication and I received a call during my time window when he was on the way.

Hands down, if you have AC issues, call Morrow. My AC went out on Wednesday, I reached out to them and spoke with Cindy, very professional and friendly, they were able to send someone out by 1:00 pm the same day. Their communication was outstanding. They send pictures of the technicians coming to my home. Their supervisor, Trever was the one to come to the house look at the unit. He was very through, even caught that I had mold inside the one part of the unit. He spoke to me...not at me, spoke to me about what my options were and helped me make an informed decision. They scheduled the install of my new AC for the next day. The 3 man team that they sent out led by Alan were friendly, efficient, polite, cleaned up after themselves, several times they made sure that I knew the progress status. At the end they cleaned up and made sure everything was as they left it. He presented me with lots of pictures of the work they did in the attic, made sure all of my questions were answered before they left. Overall my experience with Morrow was 100% positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing AC service repair, or replacement!

All the employees from the office to the technicians are excellent and Mike Berry our last tech was no exception. Mike was friendly and professional. He was very thorough and explained everything along the way. Really love working with Morrow.

I purchased (2) Lennox XC16 Air Conditioners with Coil, Furnace, Pure Air Purification and icomfort S30 Thermostats. Living room is 4 Ton & Bedroom is 3 Ton, Two stage AC. My wife and kids have complained that it is too cold in the house as I was experimenting with temperature & humidity like a mad scientist for the first couple of weeks, air quality and temperature is perfect for the first time in 14 years!

James did a great job by walking my house to perform static pressure test prior to installation to confirm the ton size and new duct and return requirements. James was very polite, great at explaining and breaking down the technical details so that I could understand all aspects of the HVAC system. He was very nice and professional to work with during the entire process.

James kicked of the job with the installation crew every morning then returned in late evening for quality control checks. His attention to detail was outstanding and I felt like he was in charge of installing two units at his own house. He went above and beyond several times and even sent his crew a few days afterwards just to increase air flow for one vent. His lead tech, Nick, also did a great job installing and had great customer service skills.

This was one of the largest purchases I have made on my house, but totally worth it, our family comfort level is the best it has ever been and James and his crew really made the experience enjoyable. I will recommend Morrow to all my friends and family!

Justin did a great job by walking my house to estimate then returning to review the pricing and options, then returning again with the service manager, James, to test static pressure. Then returning to fill out final contract agreement and collect deposit. Justin was very polite, knowledgeable and nice to talk with during the sales process.

The pricing was hand written down, which was a little old fashioned, but a nice touch compared to everyone typically emailing pricing. He had a great attitude and did not pressure me or my wife during the process and explained the system details. He also was prompt to respond to my numerous questions and detailed emails as I researched for a month before purchasing.

I had (8) bids and met with over a dozen people at my house and I chose Morrow because Justin and James took the extra time to answer all my detailed questions in person, fair pricing and online reviews over several years. I am writing a review to show my appreciation for the excellent job everyone at Morrow did as well as the outstanding customer service they provided me. I will recommend Morrow to all my friends and family!

Called Morrow Mechanical for help on the Friday before the Labor Day long weekend. Within 2.5 hours of making my first call, Eric was at my door ready to make my family comfortable. Troubleshooting was quick and we talked through options he had for the repair. He was onsite for less than an hour and has us back cooling much quicker than I expected. Want to shout out to Matt Keville, who came and fix the small leaking pipe issue of our newly installed ac and delivered very professional warranty service immediately. He even went above and beyond to help us installed an ac ceiling vent cover that we had a hard time installing ourselves. Morrow really gives me peace of mind that my ac is backed with trustworthy warranty and issue can be fixed super quickly. Thank you for another amazing customer experience, Morrow did it again!

Technician did not clean up the insulation brought down with him from the attic nor did he offer to clean it up. He left the thermostat in test mode. He also stated that there was a problem building with one of the components with the AC unit. I asked if he could note the problem on the final invoice for my records. He did not do this.

George Beck was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and did an exception job on my annual A/C maintenance check up. I highly recommend Amazing Morrow.

From start to finish, Morrow impressed me with their honesty and commitment to doing the right thing. During install, an unfortunate accident left our newly carpeted stairs with roof tar stains. Morrow didn’t hesitate to make things right. They paid for professional carpet cleaning and ultimately covered the full replacement. That level of accountability is rare these days.

From the front office team to the installation crew, every interaction was transparent and customer-oriented. Other contractors who have come out have commented on the excellent installation of the HVAC. We love hearing this as we intend to sell our home and feel confident on the inspection report.
