We purchased our house in 2012 and knew we had an old AC unit.

I called Robert to have him look at our unit, which was not cooling. Last summer we had the same issue and the Home Warranty sent another company out who "charged" the unit and said they cleaned the coils. They said the freon was low but didn't know how bad it was leaking or if it was even leaking at all. They were in and out without any explanation or any suggestions about the future of the unit. Nothing. They just grabbed my check and left.

After Robert looked at the unit he explained that the coils had not been cleaned (in years!) and showed me before and after pictures of what it looked like before and after the cleaning.

We then sat down and went over a game plan to get our very old and run-down unit replaced in a way that is affordable to us.

I appreciate his honesty and quick response in getting out here. He truly cares about his customers and their needs. Quality Comfort will always get my business from now on.

The people at Quality Comfort Air are very reliable and treated me like a beloved family member in need. They came out quick, did not try to upsell me, and charged an extremely fair rate. Each of the guys was polite & considerate too. It was like having friends in my house instead of just contractors. They are a family owned small business that does things the right way! I will only use them going forward!

I would highly recommend this company. They were professional (even the workers not just the company representative), the cleaned afterwards, and made sure the air duct were done properly.
They did not charge me for an entire AC unit, just the duct work that was needed. Which I truly appreciate.

Robert did a good job explaining What he was doing, explaining the readings on his devices so I can understand what was going on , explaining how my heat pump fan and a c unit operates And how I can use it more efficiently to save on energy costs. He really helped me to know and appreciate his job even more. I'm really glad I found this company I wasn't expecting to receive the friendly and great service that I have received. I will use them again.

We’ve had a difficult week. My husband just got out of hospital due to pneumonia. He is also a cancer patient. We noticed yesterday our air conditioner was not running. I called Comfort Air and they were at our house within an hour.

Jeremy was very professional and promptly fixed our unit for us. We are so appreciative of the fast service and Jeremy had our housing cooling again in no time. Thank you for the prompt response and service!

I have used Quality Comfort Air to service my HVAC Systems (2). They did one complete system installation and it looks and works great. They also optimized my older unit to make it work as efficiently as possible. This included sealing up my return air which had cracks allowing dirt into my system.
Recently I replaced a roof and the next day my a/c stopped working. They discovered a roofing nail went through an a/c line. They had to cut small holes in Sheetrock to locate and repair the line. Apparently whoever installed my a/c lines when the home was built 23 years ago, strapped my a/c lines to the roof decking. Their work is neat and they clean up after they finish. I highly recommend Quality Comfort Air!

Robert and his team are great to work with. They are customer focused and provide great service, exceptional installation and high quality products. We are thrilled with our new AC and the customer service from the entire Quality Comfort Air team!!

Just had to call them for assistance due to a drainpan issue. Great service again. Ricky was professional and quick. Here in less than an hour on a Sunday. Customer service and care continues to be outstanding!!

Our AC system went dead on a Friday afternoon. We called Quality Comfort on the recommendation of our neighbor. We’re so glad we did! They came out within a couple of hours, checked the system and gave us the unfortunate news that it couldn’t be repaired. Normally, most companies wouldn’t be able to come out until the next working day, which in our case, was Monday. With my asthma, there was no way I could wait three days. Sean promised to come back with his crew the next day. And they kept their promise. At the appointed time, they were knocking on our door. The job took over eight hours. Sean didn’t leave until he was sure everything was running correctly. I found Sean and his crew to be professional, respectful and flexible. Our experience with Quality Comfort was wonderful and we highly recommend them.

Robert (owner) answers his phone every single time. Before i agreed to anything, during our agreement and ( just like any company that got paid ) he continued to answer the phone. Knowledgeable in his trade, his crew is also very helpful and easy to talk to. Some AC specialists will want it one way, some the other. If you give Robert an idea of what you are looking for, he will deliver.

Allen and Alonzo began the management of the project with Gustavo and the rest of the crew. We identified roadblocks such as insufficient space for additional items and how to overcome them and the next best thing.

After coming to a full conclusion, we agreed on a price and the installation went smoothly. Gustavo and the crew were very skilled in their work pushing all day on the install in my house.

Once completed they cleaned up, calibrated the system and i have not had a problem since.

Highly recommended and extremely efficient.

This is my go to AC rescue and has now serviced my third home. I met Robert 10 years ago when my first homes system completely froze up and had the entire system replaced. His knowledge and service was excellent so we called upon him again in our 2nd home.
He recently had to come diagnose a noisy AC in my new home. He quickly diagnosed and explained what was failing in a very professional easy to understand way. Jeremy came to replace the parts and he too was very pleasant and informative before performing and after completing the repairs. I have been absolutely pleased with every service and highly recommend them. Thanks to both Robert and now Jeremy. You guys have excellent service!!!!

My a/c fan stopped working in 90+ degree heat. Robert came over immediately, gave me a quote, and got it fixed quickly. He went out of his way to explain everything to me and even corrected things in my attic that weren’t a part of the original problem. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Another visit, another great experience! I had a leak from my AC pipe causing the ceiling paint to fall down & Quality Comfort Air got someone out in less than 24 hours. He did an incredible job fixing the issue & getting everything put back & cleaned up.

Have new AC Systems installed on a high heat weekend. KAC Express was quick and able to come on the same day to diagnose and recommend me for a full replacement with long term warranty from Trane.
