I have been using this company for several years. Always a good deal, always fair, and always on time. They call to remind me every 6 months fory inspection. They recently replaced my entire system with a new solid unit...love these people. Too bad everyone is not this good at customer service.

I don't give 2,3, or 4 star reviews. If you are really bad, you get 1 star as a warning to others. Conversely, if you are exceptional, you will get 5 stars as a recommendation. If the best you can do is mediocrity, it is not worth my time to review. That said, if I could give this company 10 stars I would. QCA has taken great care of all my HVAC needs over the last 3-4 years. This is exactly the type of company you look for in a service provider. They are responsive, do exceptional work in a timely manner, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Would and have recommended to my friends.

Update: These guys are great...had a power surge over the weekend which caused an issue with the AC and they were very helpful over the phone. Got me back up and running no problems.

If you are looking for a new unit - Quality Comfort Air is the place to buy that unit or service your old unit. Quality Comfort Air is very customer oriented and service is second to none.
Quality Comfort Air is exactly what the name of the company represents itself as.
It is a company based on Quality of product - American Standard and also Quality Workmanship.
Allen did a fantastic job of explaining what needed to be done as well as executing the process to get the old unit out and the new unit in.
Genel did a great job by arranging my initial appointment to determine if my old unit was still good.

These guys are the best I have come across for servicing my AC. Called last night and left a message. Rick called back within 15 min and they were here first thing today. Explained everything that needed replaced to get one of my units back up and running. provided some very useful tips to keep AC running smoother. will defiantly be using these guys in future.

Allen with Quality Comfort Air came to my house when my 18 year old AC unit wasn't cooling too well. He looked it over and told me it was low on refrigerant and it's an old unit that probably needs to be replaced and explained to me the rising costs of R22 refrigerant. I completely agree that my units are near end of life, but he said he would recommend refilling with refrigerant and see how it does this summer. He could have easily pushed for the big sale, but was open and honest, and he helped me out. My AC is colder than its been in years right now, and I know when it's time to replace who I will call.

Beware! I was quoted a flat $450 fee for labor on what was described as a very extensive warranty part replacement. He described how they would have to disassemble the entire unit and then reassemble it, inferring hours of labor. Three days later he showed up with the part and after 45 MINUTES had completed the job. When I complained about the labor charge and asked to be billed for the appropriate time actually worked, they took the position that I had signed the quote and that is what they were charging. Period! This came after I had spent 4,000 on two separate calls in the previous month. They made the choice of a few hundred dollars over a valued (supposedly) customer. I WILl NEVER use this company again and I urge anyone considering using them to reconsider!

Have used Quality Comfort A/C for years and have their yearly maintenance package. Recommend them to anyone that asks. We all know how hard it can be to find a good A/C company in Houston. They have been great.

I am a Realtor and as such know how hard it is to find a honest HVAC person. We are at their mercy as to what is needed and being capable of doing what is needed. My son also a Realtor has used Quality Comfort for a long time including installation. He said he is honest and the best A/C company in the business. I totally agree.

I’ve had Robert install 2 separate A/C systems in different houses and these guys are the bomb! They sell and service only top quality name brand units and they go the extra mile to explain what you need and why you need it instead of trying to sell you on something you don’t need. ROBERT and his guys are extremely professional, clean up after themselves when they’re done and they’re there when they say they’re going to be there, Which in my book says everything!

Great Service. Showed up on the designated appointment time; determined the problem and returned when they said they would with the needed parts. All the maintenance guys are nice and very helpful answering my questions. We've used Quality Comfort Air several times on our two A/C units.

Robert and Alan know their stuff and are a pleasure to deal with. They were recommended to me after the company I had been working with previously struggled to troubleshoot a problem with one of my units and were difficult to schedule. They quickly fixed my problem and have kept things running reliably since.

I called them late in the day to try and resolve an emergency situation involving a leaky evap. coil. I believe I spoke with a man named Vecen or Vecin (apologies if that is incorrect spelling), and he was contacting the manufacturer and responding very promptly in relaying the information back to me. He gave very fair quotes and was polite and professional. I was very appreciative of his time and effort to help me and wanted to leave a review to hopefully recognize him! Great customer service all around, and I would highly recommend them since I do not leave many reviews stating such!

I called Quality Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating when I started having trouble with my heat. It was pretty cold, so I was thrilled when they said they would be right out. He gave my unit a thorough cleaning, found my problem and had my heat going in no time. I appreciate the prompt attention I got, and will definitely use them again. I love a fair and honest business! I heard about quality comfort air from my in laws after Allen replaced their a/c unit and did such a wonderful job and did I mention gave them an awesome price compared to everyone else. So when my heater went out they were the people I called to come out and fix it! And of course they came out the same day which was amazing because I have 4 small children and it was 50 degree weather outside and unlike other companies that would charge an arm and a leg to come out for same day service they are very reasonable. I can not say enough about this company they are honest, professional and caring which is hard to find these days since it seems everyone is always trying to get over on someone to make money. Growing up my father which is now deceased had his own a/c and heating buisness so I've been around that type of work all my life and Allen reminds me a lot of my dad he's friendly, trustworthy and a hardworker I would tell anyone if your needing work done on your a/c and or heater call them they are the best and have the best prices and you won't be disappointed.

First and foremost Sean was great! Very knowledgeable, professional and came within 2 hours of me calling. He identified the problems, fixed only what needed fixed and kept the cost down. We hired them to replace all our ductwork. Robert and his crew did a really good job they were very thorough. He pointed out many issues that needed correction. Thier prices were fair not the least expensive but it was worth the extra dollars. Also very good communication which to me is very important. We would definitely recommend them.

This morning around 9:30 I noticed my AC wasn't running. I called Robert at Quality Comfort Air and within 30 minutes Allen Maxey was at my front door. He discovered that my blower motor had gone out. He left my home and was back within 2 hours with a new motor in hand. By 1:00 p.m. my system was cooling again. I highly recommend Robert and Allen for all your air conditioning and heating needs. They are honest and highly dependable which are qualities that are hard to find these days.

I called to have freon topped off since A/C was not cooling well and did not expect to have same day service but Ricky showed up within 2 hours. He provided valuable knowledge about the unit since I am considering a replacement soon and did not feel like he was a used car salesman. Just offered options and education. Will definitely use them again.
