The appointment was easy to setup and the technician arrived on time. I had an ac line that needed to be blown out. The technician was in my attic for less than 10 minutes. He cut my drain line, blew some c02 down the line, and glued on a coupling. I received a bill for $325 for less than 10 minutes of work and fifty cents in materials. I also got a quote for $600 to replace 2 feet of my backup drain line. This company is price gouging and trying to take advantage of people. I will never use them again.

Update- the charge of the service wasn’t disclosed before the technician started. I was told the price after the work was complete and I asked for a quote to fix a 2 inch section of cracked drain in the attic. He told me the total would be over $900. Then I asked how much the work that was performed cost.. “ it’s $325 for the drain clearing”.

I went in the attic today and the drain is still clogged. There is water in the ac pan and it is running through my backup drain.

The owner, Dave, came out and did a thorough inspection of what was needed and recommended. I've already had others estimate and was not impressed. Dave asked who they were and knew the price range. The air of the Woodlands was $5K less!! Professional crew that kept the house clean during installation and cleaned up after they were finished. Highly recommend.

Our AC stopped cooling in the middle of this heat, and we called Air of Houston. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything clearly. It turned out to be just a bad capacitor, which they replaced on the spot. I really appreciated their honesty..no upselling, no scare tactics, just straightforward service at a fair price. The technician was professional, friendly, and had us back up and running in no time. Highly recommend them if you want reliable, trustworthy service!

Always greeted courteously by scheduling staff, service technicians professional and timely as per promised appointments. We have used them for annual checks of our AC systems for four years and found them to be reliable. This summer one of the AC units was not functioning properly. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. David assessed the equipment and was able to promptly identify the problem and offer us two repair options. Once we made a final decision, they delivered and installed the new unit on the same day. In addition, David pointed out a few safety and efficiency features on the other systems that we will be correcting at a later time. Happy with the company, and especially impressed by David’s knowledge and professionalism.
