I called and set up a appointment to have my AC looked at. They came and within 20 minutes they left. They didn’t address the important issues and now my AC unit keeps freezing up.

Needed to replace my a/c. Got 3 bids on a Rheem heat pump. Reddick by far had the lower price. The installation was done in a little over 2 hours, by two professional gentlemen. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to everyone.

After horrible experience with a 5 star company i tried a lennox recommended company. I could not be more happy with northpoint. Yancey is amazing and so very trustworthy anf helpful. It is obvious he is an expert at Lennox - especially compared to the other many technicians.

With temperatures over 100 and it being a holiday weekend the process started with Jeff doing a diagnosis and Byron giving us the estimate. Jose and his crew began at 8 o’clock on the holiday weekend and finished at 6 o’clock at night. After sleeping in the heat for three nights it was truly a blessing. The Carrier unit is so quiet!!! They provided EXCELLENT customer service and kept us informed every step of the way. We had an evaporator coil go out on a Friday, they were fairly priced, and able to get the part in and us back to cold air by Monday!

The job was done but the technician was not transparent! I was not physically present at the site and he quoted a wrong price for the capacitor and told me if I did not pay right away, he will charge me for the service again if has to go back again!!! I was driving and I had requested him to text me the total amount! He did no such thing!! Poor customer service!!!
