Chris was on time and we received a quote quickly. Very easy to work with. The crew showed up the on time and relayed flagstone properly on the side of my house. They also removed old pavers and replaced them perfectly fro my truck parking space. Great job. I would highly recommend them.

Repair of leak. Solenoid valve was replaced as it was not closing thus allowing water to seep out of two of the sprinkler heads. Took like 15 min to diagnose and replace. Problem solved. No charge as it was under warranty.

A $99 trip charge for 3.5 miles? That appears to be an exorbitant fee, and especially since work was performed. I would think the trip charge would be rolled into the repair fee as with many vendors I've utilized. While I was happy with the service performed and technician, hence the two star review instead of one star, I don't think I can afford to have them come out for a bid on further projects I'm considering.

I've had great service with CBS Smarter Sprinklers. They put in my sprinkler system aprox 9-10 yrs ago. I have never had issues with the installation or maintenance through the years. They are always professional and friendly.

Daniel was great! He checked our system and found several problems. Very polite, very early. However, I have a few words for your company. Every single time I have a warranty issue, the repair person knows nothing about the warranty and can't work on my system until it's resolved. Why do I even bother paying for the warranty??

CBS Smarter Sprinkler is the only irradiation company I will ever call. They have installed/repaired my residential sprinkler system since 1992. They are fast, reliable and provide you with all options. Daniel Martinez is the best.
