Aquatrails was so professional from start to finish. Iggy was very attentive with every small detail he came across during the home inspection. Very knowledgeable in everything they do and know how to explain and break it down for you with any issues he comes across. Super excellent explaining things that you may not understand on certain things. On top of that, they are super organized when it comes to sending reminders and always on time!

I used this company once before and was very happy with the service, so I wanted to continue working with them. I had them come out to my rental property to replace a valve that my contractor (who is also a friend) believed needed to be replaced.

When the technician, Iggy, arrived, he said the issue was actually with the water softener I had installed two years ago, which had recently been serviced. I explained that my contractor thought the valve was the problem and asked if Iggy could speak with him directly. Iggy said he would not speak to my contractor, my friend, or even my tenant.

He told me he was giving me the answer and that I could believe whatever I wanted and go figure it out what i wanted to do with the issue. I explained I just wanted everyone to be on the same page so we could find the best solution. I told him the valve wasn’t working that the reason i called him in the first place —three of us had tried turning it on and off the day before with no success—but he insisted it wasn’t broken.

He then said “Good luck,” got in his car, and left.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend or use this company again.
