I called this company after receiving an extremely high and predatory quote from another plumber, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, the experience was professional, honest, and efficient.

They removed two bidet toilet seats, installed standard seats, and unhooked both my washer and gas dryer and did it in under 30 minutes. The technician texted when on his way, showed up on time and was straightforward, didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work, and explained everything clearly.

Best of all, the total cost was only $250, which felt more than fair for the amount of work they completed. I’ll absolutely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service.

I cannot recommend David from Fast Track Plumbing LLC enough. After the recent cold snap here in the Houston area, our water heater completely gave out, leaving us with ice-cold showers right when we needed heat the most. I called several places that were either booked out for weeks or didn't answer, but David was responsive immediately.

He arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. What I appreciated most was his honesty—he didn't try to upsell me on a whole new unit when a repair was all that was needed. He walked me through exactly what broke due to the temperature drop and how he fixed it.

Amazing quality work. I attempted to do some plumbing and messed up the copper piping. David and I think Patrick were at my house within two hours and replaced it in record time. They charged me $225 which was less than every other person I called. I gave them a nice tip.

I needed a plumber with a water pump as my water heaters are installed in the attic and with a step down so gravity doesn’t work for draining them.
Technician was very professional, courteous and efficient.

They have been condescending and dismissive of our issues. Had a dishwasher issue(leaking) and he didn’t bother to even check the disposal at all! It turned out that it was very plugged. (A new dishwasher installation technician found the issue who is not a plumber). He dismissed my wife who was home at the time and stated it was just “overfilled”! I would expect better from a licensed plumber….Also he installed a new kitchen sink for us 15 month ago. The glue holding up the back of the sink is already separating. This sink is not abused. We use it as people normally would. Also, we asked him to look at the main house water shut off as the water wouldn’t shut off. He told us there was nothing wrong with it after describing the problem. He refused to even test it himself. Turns out a different company replaced the ball valve which had failed after some years. We moved to the area a little over 2 years ago and he was recommended. Run far away and fast if ever given his information as a reputable plumbing service!!!

We were in the middle of a big move and the valve to the washer water hook up was corroded stuck. They came out within a couple hours and replaced/fixed everything needed so we could be on our way. Reasonably priced for an emergency, quick and efficient.

Totally awesome! Needed toilet repair on a Friday. Immediately answered my call and sent plumber that afternoon. Professional, timely and courteous repair. Over the weekend, I recognized some minor issues. Called Monday, again they answered the phone immediately and had two plumbers come in mid-afternoon. Problem resolved quickly and efficiently. As a senior citizen, I've had numerous plumbers over my lifetime. Aquatrails is hands down among the best ever!
