I’ve used NewGen several times and they’ve always been prompt and professional. Most recently I received an alert from the water company about unusual activity (44,000 gallons) and needed to make sure I didn’t have a leak. They were able to come the next day and do a test on my water line. They provided me with the information I needed to take to the water company. I would definitely continue to use their services.

I used this outfit to restore a long-disused master shower stall. Their bid was very competitive, I felt assured after meeting Sixto, the supervisor, and they had very high ratings from previous customers. Their workman Rodrigo arrived and worked 8-10 hours days over the following two weeks, arriving promptly each morning (about 10 days total). It was a complex job, involving removal of damaged wood structures, water pan replacement, tile demo/replacement and new plumbing. The results are excellent, and I am very pleased. He did a great job!

We used NextGen Plumbing for the first time based on several quotes and their Yelp and Google rating. Hector was very responsive, pricing was fair and they came out right away. Jose de-scaled our two boilers and identified some leakage issues due to bad material and mineralization. He called immediately (because the location is a rental) communicated the issue, suggested a solution and alternatives, send out a quote and came back the next day with the needed material and fixed everything. Handling things from a distance isn't always easy, but they gave me the feeling to be in good hands, communicated promptly and clearly and were available when needed.
I will use them again if an issue arises.

There was a leak at the meter. It was on my property side. I already knew what the process was going to be like. When I arrived home Sixto was already dipping and digging . I went over to meet him. He was very professional. He explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. A job well done. I was very pleased with his work.

We had a tankless water heater and water softener installed, they removed 2 old water heater tanks from the attic, they installed a new base for the tankless unit and did an awesome job, also setup and explained how to operate both units. Very happy with all the work and the cleaning up, Thank you!

When I called over the weekend I got a friendly tech. But since the tech came out I’ve been unable to get a follow up quote for work that needs to be done. The call center can only relay the message for me. It’s been two weeks and still no quote so I guess I’ll have to look elsewhere for the work to be done.

I can't say enough nice things about Daniel. He's done a fair amount of work for me and my 1970's built home over the years. He's replaced our water heater, installed a new tub and separate shower, installed a log lighter for our fireplace, and fixed several pipes for me as well. His service has been top notch and he shows up on time and does exactly what he says he will do. If anything does come up, he always communicates as quickly as possible. He's an honest guy and it's nice to know that I have my "Plumber Guy" who I can count on and know he will do good work, won't price gouge, and does what he says he will.

Had an outdoor plumbing leak flooding my front yard. David arrived as scheduled, was able to find 2 leaks including a cooper-pvc joint repair. I used David's services to address a leaky main shut-off valve on my house. He was one of the few plumbers that were available on short notice and when he arrived he quoted me $550. My usual plumber was very busy preparing for the Dec '22 freeze so he wasn't able to help me, but he said the cost should have been about $200. So for what it is worth... David did a good job. He was on time to the appointment. However, I felt that I was price gouged because he knew I didn't have any other options. Would use him again, but I would try to find somebody else first. Or at least get a quote of his hourly rate.

David was quick to respond, quick to come out to my house. He looked over some work for me and provided me with his expertise. He didn’t push services and I felt he was very honest. I recommended him to our neighbor now and I will definitely be using him in the future!!!
