Very professional service at very reasonable prices!

My recirculation pump was not working properly. Sixto came out to diagnose it. He patiently listened to my concerns then started the diagnosis. Instead of just assuming it was a bad pump, he methodically investigated other components. With the help of the water heater manufacture's support line, he was able to finally diagnose that it was a bad controller rather than a bad pumps. Other plumbers would have wasted my time and money on replacing the pump.

Have used them for my personal home and my tenants home. They are quick, professional, and fair on price. I find that I have come to trust their techs more so than my own family. Give them a chance especially if you're managing tenants as they give you the best balance.

I would give 10 stars if I could, called at 5pm on a Saturday and they were at my home at 5:30pm after we got stood up by 2 plumbing companies.
Felix fixed up our water heater issue with no problems. He was SUPER helpful and even showed my husband how to maintenance & work the heat settings. It’s SO hard to find trust worthy and honest people in this world. Let alone service companies. Going to recommend New Gen to all my friends & family. Thank you Felix for all your help & kindness!!

Felix and Sixto were great! Professional, polite, efficient, with excellent communication. They fixed a leak in our shower. After running a few tests they explained what they believed the problem was. They gave me an estimate of how much that would be before proceeding and also set the expectation of what it could be if that didn’t fix it. Luckily it was the first thing, they were in and out within about 30min. And I was able to pay with tap before they left which seemed very efficient to me. Absolutely recommend!

Like most homeowners in need of a repair estimate, we called a few companies to get an idea of how much this bathtub replacement was going to cost us. As a rule of thumb, I always call at least 3 different company. What made New Gen Plumbing stand out was their attention to detail.

The quote they sent over clearly outlined what work was to be performed, what was getting replaced, and what we should be expecting. I coordinated with Felix, he was prompt and responsive.

The work itself was spectacular, I came to check in on the repairs and everything was going as planned. They did a great job demoing the old tub, everything was clean and organized before they left.

This is a fairly new company, however, don't let that deter you from taking a chance to have them earn your business. Hands down one of the most professional and courteous companies I've worked with.

Felix, sixto and dalton did an excellent job replacing my old water heater. They were on time, courteous, professional and skillful. Answered all the questions I had and cleaned up any mess there was. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company and they are now our forever plumbing company. They replaced the old pipe in our old house. It was a three day job/four workers and they exceeded my expectations. They were extremely knowledgeable, kind, courteous, patient and helpful. They truly care about the customer and are experts at their jobs….a remarkable team! I was impressed. In the three days, not only did they repipe the entire house, a new hot water heater was installed, new water line for the fridge water/ice maker, and more. They answered questions, made recommendations and will definitely be doing more work at our house. This was an expensive project, but based on the professionalism and quality of service, I believe the costs were fair and worth every cent. I say don’t hesitate, search no more—give them a call pronto. You will be glad you did!!

The guys came by to evaluate whether or not I needed a new tankless water heater. There was so much debris In the previous tankless water heater from a job that I had done previously that to replace the part that needed to be replaced, it would cost just as much to install a new tankless. They offered me a really good deal and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They’re my go to plumbers from now on.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. From our very first call with Hector through to the completion of the work today they were superb. Attentive, patient, highly pro-actively communicative and followed through with EVERY promise and commitment...!!! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your plumbing requirements. Highly recommend, was having issue with my heater so called them Friday night and Sixto came out Saturday morning. He let me know what was going on, gave me a quote and Felix came out that afternoon to replace it. The team was friendly, professional and great pricing !!

Now to this week. I called them Sunday to schedule an appointment for a backed up kitchen sink. They said we could do Tuesday from 1-2. I work from home so cleared calendar for them. No call no show. Reached out at 3pm for update. They told me tech was delayed due to first appointment being big job. I told them not calling to inform me was really not a good look. They apologized and said they would try to get someone to come later today or tomorrow. No one came that day. They texted today and said they would try to find someone to come but def no guarantee. I told them I would use someone else due to how this was handled. While I understand they have a couple guys out this week they accepted an appointment they knew they couldn’t deliver on. Don’t overbook and under deliver. Easiest way to destroy your business. They only get 3 stars due to the first interaction. If it was based on this week alone it would be 1. Based on how they are operating now I highly advise you to avoid them.

New Gen responded quickly to my initial call. The came out the next day (non emergency) for a slow draining kitchen sink. The problem was diagnosed and repaired within a hour. I had used an older Houston plumbing based company in the past with spotty results and always pushing with upsale products and services. New Gen did not, they fixed the drain problem and established a new client relationship. I will be calling them for my plumbing needs.
