This is a wholesale/ retail 2nd. They have everything a person would need for a small plumbing job or a complete build out. No fancy show room here just a clean wholesale style counter with extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. Great place!

They may have 4.2 stars but they customer service not good, long line, one guy helping all, they plumbing stuff it’s all over the place and not willing to help. They are just busy busy busy doing stuff and not understanding that in order to make money you must have great customers service! Not coming back for sure

This was my first time here, looking for an o ring for a faucet. Was given an o ring that was close to it, but was also told about a lifetime warranty on faucet and was told I should contact maker over this issue. I will definitely use Ferguson plumbing in the future.

Larry has been so helpful in finding replacement appliances after our home flooded. We will be forever greatful for the time and care he took while working with us!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Called ahead three different times to reach someone to say I would be there three minutes late. 12:03pm Saturday 10/23. The guys literally were still walking out the door when my dad was walking in, he said hey I called ahead for two parts and the guys just walked out the door and finished locking up.

I know that plumbing supplies are in demand but someone needs to organize situations like this better. You have to stand in 1 line regardless of online or will call orders. There was a extremely rude man with a beard there that could handle the situation better even though its stressful. I should know worked in retail 22 plus years.

Nice place but if ur in a hurry don't go there. They're to friendly with the regulars and that just makes for more casual conversations. Have a casual line and one for those trying to buy items and get back to the job!! We can't make money waiting to be called on or checkout

Ferguson Plumbing distributes the plumbing fixtures in my newer home. I needed to find replacement parts that aren't typically offered separately. I traveled to the Foster Road location in Spring Texas and spoke to the (very busy) lead customer service guy (sits to the far left). He REALLY worked hard to find the part, but wasn't successful after about 15 minutes of searching, he called in the manager, Daniel, who volunteered to call the manufacturer to see what could be done. Since the parts aren't sold separately, HE ARRANGED TO HAVE THEM SENT FOR FREE. WOW! I was treated as if I was more of a large scale home builder rather than just a homeowner. Thank you Daniel and First Guy for truly caring about others, and helping me get what I needed. Stellar service and communication skills. I'm looking forward to bringing my business here whenever I can.

We needed a part to fix our water heater that decided to die two days before Thanksgiving with family in town... Ferguson was able to tell me they had the part in stock over the phone, saving me time driving all over looking for it. I went in got the part with ease and installed it ourselves saving $$$!!! We will be back if we need anything else!

In the process of remodeling our master bath, I've been back and forth to Ferguson several times. Each time the staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. Today Heather helped me troubleshoot a few problems we ran into. She was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable! She took the time to demonstrate how to fix the problem and even wrote down notes for what else I would need. Thank you!:)

I wentbto get a part for a water heater. They had the Parr I needed at a differant store. So I bought it and had them ship it to my house. I asked the salesman a couple times to confirm the delivery would be the next day. He says it will. So I wait and wait. Now 3 days later still no part, but I have already paid them for it. I called to check on it and they say the package was brought to ups already yet ups says they waiting for sender to drop off package.

First time there to find some replacement parts for a restaurant sink. Daniel noticed me right away, and offered his help. I showed him some pictures of the parts I needed, and he assisted me with finding what would be best to replace them. Even recommended plumbers putty in order to ensure no future leaks.

Is Ferguson open to the public? I just need basic toilets parts for an easy fix that aren't available at Home Depot or Lowe's. May need a couple of new toilets too. Plumbing fixtures at DIY home centers are extremely poor quality and I don't trust them not to fail. Thanks!

Great place! They were a lifesaver, found the replacement tank for my 14 year old toilet and had it shipped to the store in a week. Staff all friendly and helpful. Great to have a supplier like this in the local area.

After experiencing a flood, I had to replace all of my appliances. Larry was extra helpful in helping me select the right ones. He made it so easy that I felt like I had a personal shopper! I sincerely appreciate the service, especially at a time when I had so many decisions to make at once!

After gathering the parts I needed, I walked up to the non contractor line, 3 employees that appeared to be chit chatting about their weekend, walked away and said they couldn’t help me. Like seriously. I just want to pay for these items and leave. I waited there for 20 min. Every employee on the contractor side made eye contact with me never once asked if I need help or anything. I finally got tired of waiting and left the items I tried to purchase on the counter. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend

Edwin from @bluestoneconstructiontx was our initial point of reference for Ferguson Plumbing Supply, which we hadn’t heard of.
We are recent transplants to Texas from a small town in Western PA. If I were to write a chapter in a book titled “People to Trust When You Have Zero Clue”, page one would be a picture of Jonathon Robles at Ferguson Plumbing Supply. We walked into the Spring location on a Thursday around noon. As we approached the door, I realized it was lunchtime, and thought, “Oh boy, who knows who we’ll end up with to help us choose a new bathtub during the lunch hour? All the experienced folks are out enjoying a well deserved break.” Was I ever wrong!
We were replacing a cracked Delta tub that our original contractor kindly agreed to reinstall at his expense, (shout out to Edwin and Jasmine of @bluestoneconstructiontx ) and knew we wanted a soaker, cast iron tub. No more acrylic junk for us! Jonathan took our information and began the search. I had a Dr appointment to get to that afternoon and we asked if he could email us his findings. We received a list of several options with comments from Jonathan. We decided to see if we could find anything to look at in our local Home Depot or Lowe’s. Both experts in the “tub” sections of those stores referred us to Ferguson, a testament of this company’s reputation.
Back to Jonathan we came and never left. This man treated me like, not only a valued customer, but like he would treat his dear mama. He was patient, thorough, thoughtful, efficient and very effective. With his patience and perseverance, I felt secure in selecting exactly the right forever tub for my needs, (not cast iron, but a solid choice). He also assisted me, expertly, in choosing fixtures, drains, and all things necessary for me to have a positive outcome re: a very frustrating situation. When the contractor had to reschedule pickup, Jonathan handled it without a ruffle. I can’t say enough positive things about this dear man or the company he represents. My husband and I struggle with mobility and Jonathan has helped us tremendously in this area with emails, and even examining the tub before pickup for us. I appreciate how forward thinking and pro active he is; seeing possible roadblocks and making a way ahead of time for those to be cleared should they occur. What a difference it makes to engage with a stranger I can trust, who has my best interests at heart. He made me feel like I was his favorite customer. What a gift that is to customers and what an asset to Ferguson Plumbing Supply he is. I will recommend Ferguson Plumbing Supply with utmost confidence going forward, but I’ll definitely be mentioning Jonathan Robles, within that context.Thank you for having him there during lunch on that Thursday afternoon when I was just about at the end of my “bathtub choosing rope”. He’s a treasure. I write this review with gratitude, thankfulness and commendation for a job well done in running a small business, (the backbone of our great country). Hiring the right people, training them well and inspiring the love for what they do to flow from their hearts to the customer means you’re doing something right. Well done, Ferguson!
