Awesome plumber! Needed a toilet replaced and tried them out and are very happy with the service. The base also had an issue that made the toilet loose or rock back and forth and they fixed that as well. The response time was great, communication was great, well done!

Kenneth and KT Plumbing is the best repair service I have ever worked with. The office is extremely responsive. They work hard to get to you quick and show up on time. Kenneth is very knowledgeable. He has completed three different jobs at our house. One was pretty complicated (previous owner’s handiwork). Kenneth came up with a creative and cost effective solution. This week we had an outdoor pipe burst and he came out first thing this morning and got it taken care of in about an hour. Kenneth is a veteran and comes off as honest, respectful and very hard working. I would recommend this company with complete confidence every time!

My toilet was leaking from the base and moving around on Tuesday, I was contacted that night with a very fair price to replace the wax ring and reset the toilet. On Thursday, Kenneth came out and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. The job was completed within 30 minutes and looks fantastic. He explained everything before he left. I will definitely be using this company for future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

I am happy to say that I have not once been disappointed in the work or cost of repairs I have asked for. Ken is here and done before I can blink sometimes. His work is EXCELLENT!! We originally scheduled an appointment a few days out to fix our water heater (gas wasn't turning on). Carolyn was able to move some things around and got us an appointment the very next morning. For reference, this was going to be our first time using KT Plumbing's service and we call to make the original appointment at 4 PM. They never met us, but already treated us like with the best service. My pregnant wife can't say thank you enough, especially with the cold weather currently going on. Thank you again!!!!

I called KT Plumbing because we were in a pinch needing several gas/water appliances disconnected and reinstalled while having our flooring redone. Im so happy I did!!! Kenneth was awesome, very professional and reasonable. This is a mom and Pop plumbing company and the quality is simply outstanding if you need Plumbing services in the area I would highly recommend them! I asked for a freeze proof bib and even though the pipes could not support it Kenneth went out of his way to find a solution so that my bib would not explode in the winter, Cannot appreciate you guys enough! The control panel on hot water broke. The part was under warranty but had to be shipped from another state. Arrival time kept changing. KT Plumbing worked with me on changing the install date and installed the part late in the day when the part arrived. Service was great throughout. Highly recommend!

Poor service when I arrive 3 person on the desk one lady and two mens but no one take care the customers just chilling I never come back
