My parents, Jim and Joanne Shable, called late Saturday afternoon. Steve was responsive, detected the problem right away and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He had a great attitude even after hours.

Contacted WPC through their 'chat' feature, was sent a text saying 'Thanks for contacting The Woodlands Plumbing Company. We've received your messages and will get back with you as soon as possible.' This was Monday, February 2, and I have YET to have a call back. Two our of three toilets in my home were not working ~ I told the 'chat' feature that info and consider that rather important. Called Bradbury Brothers Tuesday morning, spoke with real person and had one toilet up and running Tuesday afternoon, waiting on parts for the other. At least return calls / message, Woodlands Plumbing ... very unprofessional and lacking in essential courtesy.

Terrible experience. Watched plumber drive through my lawn damaging the sprinkler system upon arrival. They begrudgingly repaired the damaged sprinkler heads while complaining and accusing me of previously installing the heads incorrectly. After the water heater was installed I noticed water draining from the overflow at the exterior of the house. When I went to inspect the install it was obvious that the unit had been dropped and the safety valve was damaged and leaking. I then noticed that the hot/cold/safety lines were the incorrect length and were crimped to fit during install. The owner did send a "clean up" plumber who fixed all the issues, but in paying a premium for the original install my expectation was it would be done right the first time.

Excellent service. Had a stopped up AC drain line and service technician arrived within 2 hours. Cleaned the drain and repaired the connection which was done improperly originally. Very efficient and explained all he was doing as he progressed. Will definitely use again.

The Woodlands Plumbing came to my rescue when we had a big leak from our hot water heater. They were here right away, did a fast and wonderful job. I now call them for all of our plumbing needs. They are kind and trustworthy. Great company!

My husband called first thing in the morning they said they would have someone out. Took all our info and everything. Around 2pm no one had showed up yet so my husband called again and they said they would have someone personally call him back with an ETA. No response or call again. We had to call a different plumbing company and they got out here before this company even called me. When I called to cancel my appointment the lady on the phone didn’t even have my information. Needless to say they are very unorganized and I do NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! Unless you want to wait all day for someone to come out I suggest you call someone else. I also saw someone else said this happened to them a month ago smh

I highly recommend this company! Oscar has been to our house for TWO different plumbing issues we have had. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the issues that we had! He explained the whole process to me and we couldn’t be happier with his careful work. Kudos!!! I gave the company 5 stars!

So, I called them around 10am on a Tuesday. You'd think they were open for business as the website indicates it's open 24 hours.

Unfortunately, that's not the experience I received.
When I called them, the phone rang several times, then clicked over twice and continued to ring until it clicked over to a dead line.

Their website shows a text option that requests a name and number for them to contact you back.
It's been over 5 hours and no contact.

Seek your plumbing elsewhere.

Called and scheduled service for the same day to clean a clogged kitchen sink. They answered quickly and had someone out in just a couple hours to fix the problem. Plumber worked efficiently and cleanly to fix the issue and return my sink to service. Thank you for your fast turn around and help. And was very reasonably priced.

Great service! They were courteous, prompt, and did the job we needed done and for a very fair price. Not only that, but there was another issue I've been trying to deal with myself for nearly two years that their technician knocked out for me while he was here (and didn't charge extra).

It's rare to find service companies that not only meet expectations, but far exceed them anymore. I'm a customer for life at this point.

Oscar and Steve were so efficient, nice and hard working. They replaced my incorrectly installed water heater, put in a new pan and you can’t even tell I had work done because they cleaned up after themselves! I was so impressed because you just don’t get service like that these days. Nobody was on their cell phones at any time and there was no wasted time or movements. They also educated me on how to prevent future problems because my house is so old. I will always use and recommend them in the future!

He takes the time, listens intently, and covers every concern one may have in detail. Absolutely the best diagnostician ever, never missed a thing, always found the cause.
