He was very professional and social distancing. I would definitely recommend this company to other family and friends. the service tech was on time and very friendly. he completed his work in under five minutes which was great. however, despite giving me a senior discount, it still cost $200.00 which i think is a bit excessive for five minutes work.

Jesse did a great job! He was quick and professional and would definitely use this again. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure to ask questions to fully understand what the issue was.

Very professional service. The technician explained everything in detail about what was going on and how they were fixing the issues that we called them out to get fixed. We also had a visit by the supervisor who was equally informative with how they were fixing the problems. The company is a bit pricier than other company but honestly I feel like they did a more thorough job.

The service guy Oraine was wonderful . The company’s prices are ridiculous. Very high. Oraine cared enough to work on better price to get work done. Just a backed up toilet and tube. Oraine was 5 star !

My spigot broke off outside. So I called these guys out to fix it. Call center was ok. They called me a couple times offering no information other than “we will call you when our tech is ready to head your way”. You told me that on the initial call, why do you keep calling me with nothing other than “we will call you when he is ready”. Fast forward to the tech. They are EXPENSIVE. He kept trying to show me his price sheet, but just because it’s your company’s price m on a sheet of paper doesn’t make it the right price. He had to cut into my interior wall, which is what it is. But at least shop vac the area before leaving. Now, let’s talk about the parts that were used. I specifically love the duct tape and the plastic collar. I guess I expect more for $725 for a job that was fixed in an hour.

From the moment Victor came to our door until he completed the plumbing service, the positivity of his professional demeanor was very evident.
After I explained what the issue was he verified what my concern was then immediately began his assessment.
Once he troubleshooted the situation he began the unclogging procedure and finished in a timely manner.
He retested the drainage system to ensure everything worked correctly and as a professional courtesy cleaned up his work area, which was appreciated.

I absolutely do not recommend this company! I scheduled online, was told the tech would be there in two hour window. Arrived two hours late. When inquiring the dispatcher hung up on me. The tech quoted an outrageous price for a relatively simple job that he quoted would take less than an hour. Do not call them out as they will charge just to come look at the issue & then charge an outrageous price to fix it. Call a local plumber & avoid Roto-Rooter at all means.

I had the pleasure of getting a qualified technician ( Jesse Zamora and helper Damien). Mr. Zamora discovered many mistakes that were made by a previous plumber. He corrected all the errors and assured me that my problems had been 100% resolved and never return. This information was music to my ears. This was our first time with RotoRooter and were skeptical as we had heard some mixed reviews. But when issue warrants immediate attention you give a try. On Easter weekend no less, truly 24/7 service offered.
Our technician Jesse Zamora arrived and asked about issue, evaluated and quoted us. He explained everything he was going to do, started to work on issue the clog would not budge. When the ogger wouldnt release clog, he offered to try an alternative way which solved the issue and we got functioning bathrooms once again!! He's very polite and did not rush through any part of the job which was great in our books! Jesse Zamora comes highly recommended from us!

I had a clog in the pipe out back and called on Sunday. They showed up within an hour and were able to clear out the clog and also show me exactly what was causing the issue. Great customer service and very informative.

I had the most amazing customer service experience from technician, Jesse James Zamora! Jesse was very thorough with explaining the problem with my kitchen drainage issue. He did a superb job with unclogging the drain and making sure I don't have any other problems. The price was very fair, plus I was given a 6 months warranty on the service.
Overall, I felt comfortable as a homeowner facing a dilemma that I wouldn't have known to solve without Roto-Rooter. I'm elated that my son, John made the call to Roto-Rooter for me.

Roto rooter showed up on time and as promised to get me out of situation for clog in the sewer. Felipe was the tech attending and excellent guy with great skills. I would highly recommend for jetting underground sewer lines at industries and factories.

Oraine was very professional and knowledgeable. He is a very nice guy who was personable. He was able to clear the clog in minutes.
