O.McKay was awesome. Very personable and courteous. He protected the floors with shoe booties and a tarp. He went above and beyond what I expected. He cleared the clogs and provided information to help prevent it from happening again. Roto-Rooter is lucky to have him.

My technician Raine arrived very quickly. He did a thorough diagnostics and he found that there were no problems with my system. I appreciate his professional demeanor and great service 👍🏾

They came next day and fixed the issue. They're more expensive than other options but they're very clean, more prompt, better customer service. It's worth the charge.

I had an emergency plumbing situation happen in the middle of entertaining guests on Easter Sunday. Jesse was amazing, he came within 45 minutes of my call and found and fixed my issue fast! He was super friendly and explained everything to me in a way that made sense. Great service all around!

I am satisfied with the plumbing issue that was resolved. They arrived promptly and resolved my plumbing issue. They provided education. They cleaned up wet flooring and baseboards. They disposed of the debris. They were very professional throughput the process . Now, I’m hoping to replace flooring baseboards by a company that I was referred to.
The process is frustrating and they did their best to try and make it better. I pray that it all ends soon.

Prompt, and excellent service. Had a clog in our kitchen drain. Our tech Oraine was here at the time promised and was very thorough. Took the extra time to ensure the drain was thoroughly cleared and clean up.

I had a water leak and called Roto-Rooter for an inspection. Technician Mark Angerstein came out and was incredibly professional and honest. He thoroughly inspected the area and let me know the damage was minimal—no scare tactics, no upselling, just the truth. Mark showed real integrity and didn’t take advantage of the situation. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty in this line of work. I truly appreciate the transparency and trustworthiness. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Mark!

This is the second time Steve has successfully fixed our plumbing issues. He is professional and very knowledgeable. He has a friendly countenance and an easy smile. I felt comfortable having him in our house. We feel that Steve is an excellent plumber. We are impressed with him.

While I appreciate them for coming out.....I can't overlook the fact that somewhere there was a Lack of Communication between the Dispatcher and the initial person answering the phone. I won't go into the details......but I do believe the should get on the same page regarding what I customer will be paying for and what they won't be paid for......before they arrive at your home.....not everyone likes or is equipped for surprise fees.

My drains back up when too much water is introduced to the system by my washer draining. sink, washer and dish washer all drain to the same place the sink backs up and then the washer drain I the asked for a loose estimate before even sending anyone with a detail description of the issue with more details then typed here. They don't tell you an estimate. the guy shows up and says $500 to snake a drain. told em thanks but no thanks I'll try 500 worth of effort first. The guy was good only met for 5 minutes

Our plumber was fabulous! It’s a holiday weekend, at the last minute, but he resolved our problem quickly and I so appreciate it. Very professional and I would request him again in a second. Thank you Roto-Rooter and Oriene, you saved our weekend!

We had some drains that were stopped up on our bathroom. I requested an appointment at 8pm and the next day at 830am Hector was already here fixing the issue. Within an hour he had fixed everything for us. We are very happy with the response time to fix this.

Delvin did a great job finding & fixing the problem. He also gave pointers on how to prevent future problem. My 4 star rating was a result of the amount of the service charge.

They came out promptly, but left the floor soaking wet, broke one of our panels that go in front of the sinks and never replaced the other ones that they removed to make the repairs. I've spoken with someone on three separate occasions about having them put back on and each appointment either falls through or is a no-show. It's been WEEKS.

Had the home issue you never want, clogged sewer drain line. Delvin and his trainee Curtis arrived, assest & solved the issue. Just over an hour. With the right tools and knowledge, could have completed myself but in this case the day was saved. Thanks guys!
