Worst service ever. We got a new toilet from Lowes and this people were in charge of the installation. The plumber had an "emergency" and was late. The installation did not take more than 30 min, he did not bother to clean up the floor and left. Told me not to use the new toilet for two hours, came back after that time just to realize the toilet cover was broken on one side. Emailed the company right away with a picture, after a few emails they told me the piece was broken from the factory and I have to deal with Lowes, them the plumber himself called me and said the piece was not broken when he left the house. So now I am a liar, just stay away.

Kenneth put in a tankless water heater for me. He was very efficient and completed the job earlier than expected. The price was also very competitive. Would definitely recommend!

Our toilet needed replacing. The young man explained what he was doing and why and also had to make a second trip to get all the parts. We needed another pipe which was our choice for him to change. The price was good and he worked quickly and efficiently. We will call K T Plumbing again when needed.

Mr. Thomas was awesome! I was so worried when my pipes were clogged with food that it would cost me a fortune. While working on my pipes Mr. Thomas assured me that it wasn’t going to cost me as much money as I thought it would which gave me much less anxiety about the situation. He was so professional he came when he said he would. He got right down to business unclogging my pipes was there less than a hour and didn’t leave a mess. I was so happy with the service and would definitely recommend KP Master Plumber Services to any and everyone!

We called KT Plumbing this morning for our commercial property because we had no water. We assumed it was from the winter storm. They came out within an hour, diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue then did a walk through to make sure no pipes or toilets were leaking. I was surprised when I got the bill that they were so reasonable. Being a small company we need people like this.

I hate to let go my old kitchen faucet for 13years, but it's time to get a new one. KT Plumbing installed my faucet and replaced some old valve under the sink and Efrain who installed did an amazing job and he is very nice guy, honest that you can trust. I even ask him if I need to replace my kids bathroom faucet but he told me nothing wrong with it just some part was loose, he even fixed it with no charge. I found this company by Lowes in the Woodlands and I would highly recommend KT Plumbing to anyone who need plumbing service. They're not to expensive compare to other company.

I had a plumbing issue arise in the middle of the night. I reached out to K T Plumbing of Spring, and Mr. Thomas was able to come out that afternoon. My issue was a lot more than expected, but he was able to get it all fixed up so we could enjoy the rest of the weekend with water! The price was fair, and the work was excellent! The service was absolutely fabulous! The price was more than reasonable (actually the lowest bid I received, and I got over a dozen)! They were prompt and understanding working with my schedule and needs. I had two toilets replaced in under two hours. There was no mess to clean up afterward. Courteous service and Covid safe!
