Two stars for being open 24/7 even on a holiday. But $500.00 (FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS) to clear a sink drain is exceptionally high. An independent plumber did the job for much less.

I’ve used Roto-Rooter on three separate occasions with excellent results each time (two water leaks and a clogged drain). The technicians have always been thorough, patient, and professional, and the cost has been reasonable. After experiencing issues with other plumbing services in the past, I’m glad to have found a company I can trust.

I had a service scheduled for 12/25 with a window of 3pm-5pm, the technician never showed up. I called, they set up another service for 5pm-7pm of the same day. Again, no one showed up. I called customer service an hour after the window expired at 8pm. They told me that I was next on the technicians list. The tech called me after 9pm, over two afters after the service window expired, to tell me that he wasn't going to make it. I work six days a week and wasted my one day off and had to cancel the evenings plans for nothing. Do yourself a favor and pass on these guys. This was one of the most egregious violations of trust, with a total lack of respect or concern for the customer, that I've ever experienced with any company. I thought a nationwide company like Roto would have the resources to get the job done. They offered me nothing but to reschedule even after I told them of my limited availability. Please don't let Roto-Rooter do this to you too!

My shower drain started backing up last night. Submitted a service request that same evening, technician arrived early the next morning before my appt time. Took a little longer to get to the root of the problem but successfully removed blockage. Courteous, honest, and clean work. Couldn’t ask for better service from Fernando

The best plumbing company in the Woodlands! They are the real The Woodlands Plumbing!

They went out of their way to help us, and their tech was very knowledgeable. We are absolutely going to use them again and recommend them to people.

My grandmother had a stoppage on a Sunday and called this company. It took two calls before she got a response, and the young man who came to do the job was unfriendly. He seemed very unwilling to answer questions and the cost was exorbitant. I would not refer this company for anything in the future.

They came out in 48 hours after the freeze as promised and they were professional and very reasonable. They are now my go to plumbers.
    Great job Woodlands Plumbing.

If I could give 0 I would. They offer NO GUARANTEE on their services! They installed a new hot water heater into the house we bought and less than 90 days later will NOT GUARANTEE their work at all! Stay away!

Oscar and Steve replaced my water heater. They were experienced, professional and knowledgeable. They were neat and friendly. I will use The Woodlands Plumbing Company again for all my plumbing needs.

We have used Woodlands Plumbing for many years with great service until this year.

We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and I called Woodlands Plumbing to evaluate it. The technician came and stated that I needed a new water heater and the roof repaired. After doing both of these things and spending several thousands of dollars, the ceiling continued to leak. Our handyman cut out the ceiling at the site of the leak to reveal a completely open drain pipe. I could look up and see the sky through the wide pipe! I was appalled that the plumber had missed this very obvious source of leakage that was directly above the leaking ceiling!

When I called Bethany at Woodlands Plumbing and gave her these facts and a photo of the broken pipe that was directly above the area of the original leak, she refused to admit that there was even the possibility that her technician had made an error despite the fact that their error is glaring.

We also asked Woodlands Plumbing to fix a water line to the ice maker. We had to have a different plumber come in because, in his words, “Someone ran a copper line in mid air through flower bed, through stucco to behind the ice maker. We went over and ran the line inside the wall to behind ice maker with a box and valve. This is the right way to do it and it won't freeze or get broken in flower bed.” He also said, “I would have trouble paying them for doing it improperly.”

This sloppy work makes me sad because Woodlands Plumbing had been so reliable for us for many years.

The customer service level was excellent! They are very good at what they do and communicate well. I couldn't be happier with the service level I received. I walked in to water coming from my ceiling and they were at my place in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this company.
