Our home is finally cool and that's thanks to Kelly and Austin's quick response to my home's ongoing issues. Thank you for your patience and professionalism in explaining that our AC unit was in desperate need of Freon and recommending a gel sealant for the holes in our ductwork system. Lastly, educating me that our ductwork system is in need of eventual replacement.

I will be calling them for any other issues we experience in the future and for future repairs. You can count on them. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends. Thank you Kelly and Austin.

Due to misinformation on the part of my home warranty company, Kelly was unable to solve the septic issue that they had originally sent him out for; however, he DID discover why our AC unit was not working, and solved it with a simple flip of a circuit breaker switch. He was also able to inform us as to our next steps in resolving the septic issue. Very nice and very knowledgeable!

Kelly came by today to fix my AC. He was a very nice guy. I enjoyed talking with him about random stuff. But most importantly he came out the same day I called and fixed my AC very quick. Kelly, if you see this review; Thank you, man! I hope Dr Rescue knows how much of a valuable asset you are to the business!

Extremely bad service and they want to rip you off. Very unprofessional. I open a claim via the home warranty because the water heater was not working, and this is the company the sent. They came the next day and confirmed the water heater needed to be replaced. Two days later i received an email from the home warranty saying that they would cover the heater and labor, but that Dr Rescue said we needed some modifications and that my out of pocket expenses would be $925!! The home warranty told me this was to cover a cpvc pipe, a pvc pipe, and a preassure and temperature release valve. There is no way that costs that much. Worst thing, Dr Rescue did not take my calls nor called me back for 5 days, which means i was without hot water for 7 days!

Dr. Rescue did an awesome job with our AC repair. I called on a Thursday afternoon, the technician came out the same evening to diagnose our issue and give us pricing by the next afternoon (Friday) our house was cool again! The team of guys were prompt and very friendly. Dr. Rescue offers military discounts (always a plus) and reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again in a heartbeat!

These people are absolutely disgusting! The home warranty company sent them to check my water heater, they took over 48 hours to reach out to schedule an appointment and NEVER answer their phone. After FINALLY getting an appointment window, they came much later outside the allotted window, were here less then 5 minutes saying that the water heater was cracked and they would send the report the same day (which they did NOT). I then get an email saying the same as these other reviews.. they needed to do "modifications" costing nearly $1,200 out of pocket.... DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Initially I was impressed with the two technicians that showed up. This was a warranty claim through Landmark Home Warranty. Dr. Rescue never sent their report to Landmark and wouldn't return calls from Landmark or myself.

The technician claims that we needed Freon in our ac unit which is a closed system but said there was no leak in our unit. Charged us almost $500.00. I think they just wanted our money because we use Landmark Home Warranty and the service call would only pay $75.00. With all the heat we’ve been having, I believe it was just the capacitor which we’ve had to have replaced before.

***I am editing my previous review. The technician who serviced our ac unit contacted me today. We spoke about my concerns, and he was quite gracious in his explanations. He clarified that there was actually a leak and that he did put a stop leak ingredient as well as freon in our unit. It was not a capacitor as I had thought. I want to give a shout out thank you to this gentleman for following up with my concern. I am truly grateful for the time he took to reach out to me to ensure great customer satisfaction. I know it is hot outside when he and other technicians are working on our equipment. Mr. K, thank you!

Dr. Rescue saved the day! After dealing with the mess left by EMS Home Services, we were skeptical about finding a competent company to repair the issues with our air handler. Dr. Rescue exceeded all expectations.

You can’t reach any one on the phone. The number has no company name and goes to voice mail. You leave a message and no one returns your calls. This company was booked thru our home warranty. Scheduled this past Monday 8-12. No one showed up. I texted the number that sent the appt at 1 asking for update they said tech was stuck on job. At 3 asked to reschedule we did for today again 8-12. It’s 1:30 no show and still have not heard from anyone.

I was connected to this company through my home warranty and they were very nonresponsive. You cannot reach their office by phone. You can only leave a VM and they do not call you back. They showed up 2 1/2 hours late for the appointment and as of this review, we have yet to hear from them about resolving our water heater problem. I would not recommend this company.

Do not waste your time with Dr. Rescue. They were sent out through Landmark Home Warranty. Their assessment of my upstairs a/c unit was that it needed to be replaced with an out of pocket expense of over $6,800.00. After the assessment, they failed to answer the phone or respond to any emails from me and Landmark Home Warranty. I had a different a/c company through Landmark Home Warranty come out and repair my unit for $195.00.
My initial.problem started in early October and we suffered without a/c upstairs until today. Do yourself a favor and pass on this company. You will save yourself a lot of lost time and aggravation.

I was connected to this company through my landlords home warranty and they are very non responsive. You cannot reach their office by phone. You can only leave a VM and they do not call you back. I have left at least three VM in the past 4 days and nothing.... I hate to give a bad review without the service appointment even happening.
