The technician Victor R. Came to our house because we always had troubles with our A/C and find out so many things. We really glad they send him because the compressor was lose! They never put the screws on! 😥 Glad he find out. Very professional. We choose them because they installed the whole system when we build the house!

Jason had great customer service went over maintenance and everything with me went over my system. He did a very good job.

Jason came out and fixed my heating issue, and on top of that made my AC even more cooler he found another issue and got it squared away with no hesitation and explained the issue to me and how he resolved it step by step. Bruce Mechanical (Jason) came out to do some repairs on our A/C and vent as part of our 1 year warranty inspection results, and he did great job. Very respectful and got all the repairs done in a timely manner.

What can I say! Bruce Mech. Has done a fantastic install at our home! We went from two bottom line single stage equipment (always running up our energy bill) to top of the line equipment which is both quieter and extremely more efficient for our energy usage! They were amazing at explaining the entire process to us from what equipment they recommended and why to each step of the install ALL while making sure we remained comfortable in our own home! Jason came out to my new build in League City and assisted with some humidity issues I was having. Jason took care of the issue but also educated me on the new Daiken system. Jason was very knowledgeable.

Jason came out to inspect my system and discovered that both the evaporator coil and the condenser coil had leaks. I was extremely frustrated, as I had been without air conditioning for several days. However, Jason went above and beyond to make sure the issue was properly addressed and genuinely took the time to ensure it was fixed correctly so I wouldn’t have to experience this problem again. I truly appreciate his dedication and professionalism.

When it comes to a proper technician. I RECOMMEND JASON. He is equivalent to a Heart Surgeon but for homes. He genuinely cares for the homeowners, and explains very clearly what the issue was with my home. He took his time to thoroughly check his work and show me how much was changed correctly.
