Precise Technical Services has been taking care of me since 1988. Always reliable and quick to get me and my household back to comfort. With very competitive prices and above-the-competition service and service professionals. Highly recommend!

I have been doing business with Precise for over seven years. Everyone at Precise Technical is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If you are looking for a Mechanical contractor that knows what they are doing, doesn't cut corners and does what they say they are going do in a timely manner then look no further.

The work that is performed by the workers is extraordinary. I have recommended this company to everyone of my friends and family. If you need something done you should give them a call. Very professional.

Absolutely fantastic! The quality exceeded my expectations, and the customer service was top-notch. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend! – Sam

Sam at Precise Technical Services, Inc. did an outstanding job! Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient—he handled everything seamlessly. Great service and highly recommended!

I would like to preface this review by noting that I know the very minimal about how my AC system works. I researched as much as I could and I knew my system needed either major work or replacing because it was very old, very noisy, and wasn’t cooling. That said, I was nervous I would be taken advantage of and decided to get multiple quotes from different companies so I could research further.

Ultimately we decided on Precise Technical Services pretty much as soon as their initial visit was over. They were very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. They helped me understand why my system was failing and explained what my options were to get my system up and running.

The repair itself was quick, parts needed arrived quickly, and my system is running perfectly.

After my repairs, I had more questions and concerns. My phone calls were all met with the most polite and professional answers from their office. Overall, I’m very satisfied with them. I am super happy with the work they completed and I’ll definitely recommend them to others.

Andrew is probably the most knowledgeable HVAC technician around. All his work work is 100% professional and customer service is on point. If you decide to go with Precise Technical, ask for Andrew

Mr Sam at precise technical service did an outstanding job with installing a 5 ton unit at my house. Wonderful service! Highly recommend company

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and quality of work surpasses all expectations. They're the BEST company to work with in Houston/surrounding areas for any of your air conditioning or heating needs. I can’t recommend them enough!!!!

This Precise Technical Services service truck decided to recklessly cut me off at the very last second of a long line of vehicles stopped, causing me to slam on the brakes coming inches of colliding.. older Hispanic man. Eldridge and I-10. No courtesy wave or anything, just stared as if I was in the wrong. Well done sir.

I was very happy to deal with precise technical service when it came to changing my AC unit at the house . They were on time clean precise in what they did. Mr Sam and his crew did a outstanding job

I have done business with this Company for the past 16 years. They have serviced my personal residence as well as rental properties that I have owned. I've rated them Five Stars because of the wonderful and professional service they provided me. Precise Technical Services removed and replaced my 19 year old AC System with a completely New one and were able to complete installation in one day! The folks there are awesome people to work with. Always on time, professional. I would highly recommend this Company because of my experience working with them.

Sam has done an exceptional job for my company HVAC unit. Prices were very reasonable and fast. I highly recommend this company for any Air conditioning jobs.

I had an outstanding experience with precise technical service. They came out on time fast took care of the issue on my AC unit. Mr. Sam was very knowledgeable and took care of the problem within 30 minutes.

I called in to have my duct work sized and calculated, because whoever designed my system prior when the home was built did a poor job. They showed up on time evaluated the property. I had a new system installed a week later, with all new duct work and the new system is working great. Every room feels identical and I couldn’t ask for a more professional install. Great Work!!!!!
