We had a compressor go out recently, and had to find a new A/C company. We always start with the Better Business Bureau. The first company we found, told us that they couldn't replace just the compressor, they would have to change both the compressor and the evaporator, at a cost of more than $7,000. We didn't like that number at all, since the only problem was the compressor! So we kept looking, and found PTS. They were able to just replace the compressor, for about 1/3 the price of the other company's quote. They were responsive and helpful when we called. I think we've found a keeper.

My 15-year-old AC unit finally gave up, and I knew exactly who to call: PTS. Technical Team Lead Drew was on the case immediately. He patiently answered all my questions and designed a robust, multi-stage replacement system.

I then significantly complicated the project by requesting a switch to Gas, which demanded major plumbing work. Fortunately, PTS expertly handled everything, offering a bundled solution that included the complete HVAC system and the required gas plumbing.

Drew's team—Chilo, Nando, Danilo, and Keith—spent a week at my house, and the level of detail was incredible. They went above and beyond, incorporating additional duct work, airflow load balancing, and even sheetrock repair into the package.

We had a generator installed, upgraded the service panel to a larger panel, all new breakers, added new plugs in the garage. Drew is a very professional man. Price was real fair. Work was done very well. Couldn't be happier. Have been with them for the last 2 years.

These guys think that all homeowners must be stupid. They wanted to charge me over $1,300 to charge a small one ton mini split system with less than 10’ of refrigerant lines. The unit is already mounted and piped in. All that needed to be done was to put a vacuum on the lines for 20 minutes and then charge the system. It was only going to be $70 worth of refrigerant and less than an hours worth of work. I guess he thinks his time is worth $1,250 an hour.

Update. Not only did they try to screw me for over $1,300 for a job I got done for $150 but the tech stole two brand new Dewalt 20v batteries out of my garage.

Fresh AC Tech LLC is awesome! My AC stopped working Monday evening, and by Tuesday at around 5 PM, I was feeling comfortable once again. Love these guys!

These group is AMAZING!!!! Called ac was out, they responded very, very quickly came out within an hour. Turns out we need an electrician, didn't even charge us. They are absolutely incredible. We will be using them in the future. Thank you so much highly recommend !!!!!!

Christian came and assessed the problem on my A/C system quick and then move on to repair it. He checked everything to insure that is working properly. Honest and professional I would definitely recommend them

I had to use them again for my AC replacement and I am very happy with the service provided from the assessment to scheduling and replacement. Alex provided excellent feedback and guidance to choosing a right system for my needs. Edwin and Christian came and replace the system. They were very professional and thorough. Absolutely the best AC technicians. Very professional, best price in town, OCD friendly work and cleanup :). Most importantly came again after two months to check their work, change filters, and put pills in the drain lines. Make sure to ask for Peter!!!

Had an issue on Friday/Saturday that needed to be addressed. Read great reviews and sent a message to hopefully get our system working again.
Alex was out to help us in the morning. Very nice and got things going quick. Decide to get a quote for work that we thought of earlier in the year.

Highly recommend. My entire HVAC system unexpectedly had to be replaced. Within hours of contacting Fresh AC Tech I met with Alex who provided different options; addressed my qualms and kept in contact with me through every step of the installation process. Within 24 hours, I had a new fully functional HVAC. The installers were very tidy, effecient, and ensured that I didn't have any issues with my Nest. All old equipment were removed from the premises.

Great company, they came install the mini-split in about 3hs, did a an excellent job, everything well done, super clean installation, the cables and hoses were properly covered in the exterior using plastic pipe cover.

My 24 year old AC went out and within one day Fresh Tech had a new unit installed. I used this company due to the vast amount of great online reviews from past customers.
They were quick, competent and extremely clean. They hauled away all of the old equipment that they brought down from my extremely hot attic.
Kudos also to their tech Peter who was our initial contact for the job. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable concerning all of my questions. He was a gem to work with!
I found their job price to be competitive with the other estimates I received. All round a great experience!
