Very professional company. Had complete ac/heating system purchased and installed. Alex walked us through the whole process and explained everything during our purchase and install. The installation crew did a phenomenal job of installing outside ac unit and inside unit. From start to finish Fresh Tech was quick to respond from the quote I requested, to then Alex showing up and going over what equipment they had to fit our needs, to then installing immediately, and getting us taken care of. I highly recommend Fresh Tech from the professional service that Alex and the installation crew earned from doing and performing the work during our new ac/heating complete system purchase and install.

Christian was on time and checked out my heating system. Then I asked if he could also check my air
conditioning. He did a very thorough job. This company is very efficient and a pleasure to work with.

I used to thank this company was excellent. They installed an air conditioning unit for me. And it leaked it, ruined the floor of the attic, 6x6 area and went down into the ceiling of my master. Bedroom Running all the light fixtures and the electrical work and flooding to the floor and all over my nightstand and ruined my $1000. IPad as well. I was nice enough to tell them. Just pay me for the iPad and give me $2000. And I would pay the rest, they refused. They paid for the iPad and now they expect me to take them to court worst experience. I've ever had in my life. I've missed 3 days of work. I've stressed out with a flooded. Area and stuff ruined Now, they don't want to cover the little bit, that I'm asking, which is probably half of what it actually would have cost. Now I've got to go to court, there's going to be tens of court fees on them. Attorney fees and my days lost of work worst experience. Rest of my life, alex lies.He sent me repeated text messages that he would take care of me and was very sorry obviously.He didn't care.I also have a disabled son that lives here.And with water damage, you can also get mold

While saving up to replace our outdoor ac unit, a group of Fresh AC Tech gentlemen came by my workplace for lunch with their polos on, so I asked them for a quote for a specific unit (that we were seeing if we wanted to invest in & install ourselves). They gave us the best quote around, we're great customers, & had positive reviews, so we hired them. They came out the next morning within the time window given & knocked out the replacement of our unit within 2 hours with minimal interruption/interference. Bonus: I was impressed with the level of care they give navigating our old & new units through the limited space available to them due to our driveway design. Saved our sanity & time trying to replace it ourselves (which is also why we could tell the quote we received was worth our time). Professional, friendly, communicative, & efficient, with a special shout-out to Alex & Pete. We had our AC replaced over the winter but haven't been able to really test it continuously until now, thus the delay in review. That said, we're finally getting to enjoy ac again for the first time in nearly a year since our old unit started suffering. Thanks again, Fresh AC Tech!

10/26 Update -

Not intending to delete the original review, but a short run down after some remediation efforts on the Fresh Tech team.

I had contracted the company to do a basic duct cleaning (10/21), and added the dryer vent for the extra cost. (The plenum repair was added in for free, this was on my behalf for forgetting.)

The team had come out (10/22), did a great job on the duct and dryer vent cleaning, but the lead tech lied when asking if they repaired the hole in the plenum, after noticing, they repaired the hole w/ tape.

I wasn't happy w/ having a tech lie to my face, but the original salesman/tech that had come out to bid the job deeply apologized and came out to verify and assist w/ another task and helped me feel reassured the services rendered were quality, and their reputation is better than what I experienced.

Will give them some time and another shot and hope it all goes well.

They are very professional and recommend products that will keep my hvac system in good condition. They also show photo of services performed. I am glad to have an honest company to rely on for my hvac unit.

We’ve been battling this issue with our AC for about 2 weeks. First it was low Freon, then it was a leak, then it was wired incorrectly…it just seemed to be one thing (and one technician) after another. And our home warranty couldn’t help because it was still under Manufacturer’s warranty (thank God). The search for manufacturer dealers ended with us contacting Fresh Tech AC. Christian and Edwin came out and took care of EVERYTHING!!! They did not miss a step, concern, or issue. They were so polite and professional AND the most affordable on the list of dealers!!! I DEFINITELY feel like I made the right call with this company. Would HIGHLY recommend and ABSOLUTELY use again in the future. Yep! Fresh Tech is the only one who can touch my AC now…LOCKED IN FOR LIFE, lol!!! But FR…🫶🏾

This company is a blatant scam. They advertise a "$99 whole-house" special, but it's a dishonest bait-and-switch. I explicitly confirmed in writing that air vents were included, and they verified this. They then wasted my entire afternoon with a 12-3pm window, only to have their technician show up 45 minutes late.

When he arrived, he immediately tried to lie and claim the vents weren't part of the service. I had to present my own text proof of their confirmation to his face. Cornered in his own deception, he simply refused to do the job and left—after I’d waited over four hours.

This is among the most unprofessional, fraudulent operations I’ve ever encountered. Their tactic is transparent: lure you in with a false promise, then try to bully you into paying extra. The technician was rude and their entire model is a disgrace. Do not waste your time or money—this business is a pathetic scam.

Alex came out for an issue I was having with the fan in the attic not coming on which led to him finding that the vent pipe had become disconnected from the furnace and was leaking some gas into my attic. Thank goodness for his thoroughness on any issue I could be having. Christian came out the next day and replaced the vent pipe in about 20-30 mins. They both were very professional, friendly, and caring. Thank you so much for keeping my family warm during these few days of cold.

Fresh AC Tech was able to come to my rescue when One Hour took it upon themselves to cancel my much needed appointment. Very thankful Fresh could fit me in because my furnace died. It needed to be replaced it was beyond use of bubblegum, shoestrings or duct tape for repair. I was not anticipating having to spend money for a new furnance which I thought was high, but they did offer financing. The replacement is not the top of the line, more of in the middle. It is efficient and working well. The crew was friendly from the dispatcher to the workmen. Language barriers were overcome with technology. AI is amazing! I would use them again for future projects.

Had issue with my newer system on the first day of warmth this 2026 season. Within one hour of me calling Fresh AC Tech, they had an awesome tech named Alex arrive. Alex was caring, knowledgeable, VERY respectful, and quick!
I will be using Fresh AC Tech for all of my HVAC needs from this day forward.
I highly recommend.

Tim was prompt. He explained what was going on, & what needed to be done. He did a thorough job & gave a very fair price, too. I highly recommend him if you have AC issues. 👍

Exceedingly honest!! Exceedingly Competent!! My air conditioner was blowing, but not cooling. I called and spoke to Tim Schiller who answered the phone. I advised him that my air conditioner was 18 years old and that it was not cooling. He stated, "Let's see if we can repair it so that it will last another 18 years". I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EARS !!! WOW!! HOW HONEST CAN YOU GET? A repairman arrived within TWO HOURS. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He advised me that my Capacitor was only putting out 20, when it should be putting out 50. He replaced it and showed me the old capacitor and he showed on its side that the Capacitor requires 50. Then, he used a current-measuring machine to show me the output of the old capacitor. He performed maintenance on my air conditioner as well. Total cost: $250.00!!! AMAZING!!!

I’m so glad i called Tim to fix our faulty kitchen lighting! I have all working lights (it’s been 3 years and my home warranty company couldn’t fix them) and he made it happen within a day of contacting him! So so pleased!
