My grandmother was blessed by The Chill Brothers, through the Lennox Feel the Love Program with the install of a brand new upstairs and downstairs a/c unit for free. Through the entire install the chill brothers team, Jacob, Jason, and Bryan were nothing but professional, courteous, and just all around great guys.

The install is phenomenal workmanship from top to bottom, if you ever need any ac work I highly recommend the chill brothers team. Also, if you’re anything like me and pay attention or even the smallest details, they thought about it and took care of that as well.

My family truly has no way to fully express what this means to us.

Chill Brothers is a great company. I’ve had my unit go out from a thunderstorm, they were there the next day I called. Airflow problems & filter changes are so easy to fix. Service man Mark is very helpful, respectful & knowledgeable. Glad I have a monthly contract with them.

The installers were efficient, thorough, and cleaned up the areas when they were done. They gave us helpful about our new system a nm d made sure everything worked efficiently. The post inspection was also very thorough and he said the installation of our new system was excellent. Ours was a totally new system installation.

Jason Baker was fantastic! He quickly found the problem and explained everything clearly along the way. His communication was excellent — very personable, professional, and easy to talk to. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how thorough he was in making sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work. Teach your people how to conduct themselves in traffic please. It’s not a good look on your company to have one of your vehicles antagonizing and impeding traffic for thrills. I’m sure there’s work to be done somewhere. SBX-8088

I had a great experience with the Sales Representative, Ivan. All around excellent communication, very informative and didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. The only reason for not giving a five star rating had to do with the group that did the installation. The wrong parts were provided so part of the installation had to be redone and I had to call a few times to confirm appointment times. Overall very good and experience. All issues were resolved timely.

Technician Jonathan Seah was superb! He explained everything so well and was detailed in his inspection. I’ve had previous companies come out and tried to say I needed to get this and that repair done. Jonathan was so honest and got the job done without costing me any additional money. I would highly recommend this company and Tech Jonathan!

I was very pleased with the whole process. Heath Garringer came a week before the installation to make sure everything was ready. The installation crew of three were very pleasant and professional. Heath came back for the post installation inspection. He noticed a minor issue that was promptly fixed. Tammy was my contact at the office and she was wonderful to deal with. The price was very reasonable. All in all, a wonderful experience!!

Josh Cover Senior Service Technician was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. Josh also may us aware of some issues we have and is willing to working with us on the cost and give us the best deal.

I would like to add another comment re the staff. I can’t remember everyone I’ve spoken with but Katie stands out to me. She is very supportive and kind, and has always gone the extra mile .

Chill Brothers door to door salesman are flat out lying to the public. The EPA has not banned your R22 refrigerant. The salesman are knocking on doors telling people they are not selling anything. They just want to make sure that we're not using EPA banned refrigerant. A lie. R22 refrigerant is still for sale. It is not banned by the EPA. If you replace your air conditioner yes you will have to update your freon to a non R22 refrigerant. But if you are running an air conditioner with R22 you can continue to do so and the EPA has no problem with it. The salesman are lying.

Shathujah Patcunan was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Chill Brothers to everyone who needs an Air Conditioning unit. Mark Swearingen came out, inspected and ran the new heating and A. C. System. He did a great job.

I have to give this company a great deal of credit. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the crew was 100% professional and clearly were experts and extremely knowledgeable about the entire HVAC system. During the day of installation, they arrived early in the morning and literally worked the entire day and then some plus having to return two more days to resolve problems that any new system would experience. Every question was clearly answered. I am very pleased that I chose the chill brothers to install the HVAC system in my house and highly recommended that they be considered if your system needs replacing

Had a great experience with Alan Cordoba, one of the sales reps for Chill Brothers. He came out and explained everything very thoroughly. Definitely recommend this place with any HVAC needs.

Sonny Westmoreland was excellent. He was very professional. He was patient and made sure we understood the process and what to expect. I would give him more stars if I could.

After long conversations with the company, since 2023, I finally bit the bullet and purchased one of their robust HVAC systems. Had a 6:00pm meeting with Alan Cordoba, he was punctual, we had a long discussion of the benefits his company privides, along with the equipment, warranties, installation expectations, etc. By long conversation, I mean, he's still sitting across for me in my kitchen, lol. He was very thorough with the information, very open and honest, answered all my questions and concerns. He won me over and earned my business. Great guy. Would definitely recommend!
