First time using Joe Brothers and although I usually don’t recommend companies to friends or family, this is the one company I’ll make an exception for my Service tech Franco Castro, not only was knowledgeable friendly, and did the work in a timely manner, but explained everything thoroughly to where I think I could go into HVAC myself I will continue to use them and continue to recommend them to everybody. Thank you to brothers for a great job and thank you for sending Franco.

Jonathan Seah was AMAZING!!! I had a issue with my system that was installed by this company. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and professional. Today was our 6 month service maintenance inspection. Jonathan Seah was our Service Technician. He was very kind to speak with explained everything that he saw and corrected if they needed to be corrected. He also shared with me some helpful tips to keep our system running efficiently. He was very thorough with his inspection. I feel very blessed and assured that everything was looked over carefully. Thank you Jonathan

My experience with The Chill Brothers was not the worst, yet is was not the best. I was told that I would be getting the 5" air filter and cabinet. The Installers had to make an adjustment, place the filter in the wall and not directly attached to the unit. The salesman said that a financial adjustment would be made ro my purchase. I had a Sensi Touch Smart Thermostat that I ask to keep. It was replaced for a manual Smart Thermostat without even trying to see if the Sensi one was compatible. I prefer my original Thermostat. I was also promised duct sanitation, which we have yet to receive the service.
Overall, the unit works excellent and we are pleased, thus far, with its performance.

My furnace went out so I called Chill Brothers at 2:30 pm and was told to wait by the phone for the weekend tech to call. 2 hours later I called back and spoke to someone else who took my info again and said to wait for someone to call back. Finally received a call back just to relay the same details (name, address, phone, issue) again for the third time. Was told they might be able to squeeze me in today. Maybe if they had followed through from my first call I would’ve been able to get an appointment today. I politely declined the weekend service fee charge ($60 more than regular service fee) because I don’t trust that they would diagnose the issue and give me a fair rate. No real reason other than it doesn’t seem like they were interested in getting my business.

Mark Swearingen provided excellent service during our AC and heater maintenance. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the entire visit. Mark identified a faulty gas component that could have become a serious issue, and it was fully covered, which was greatly appreciated. He also replaced the air filters and ensured the system was operating efficiently.

He arrived on time, communicated clearly, and demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism. I would personally request Mark for future service and look forward to working with him again in the near future.

I have been a homeowner for 20 years and during that period I dealt with many contractors or subcontractors for repairing my HVAC. It has always been a painful experience until today that I work with The Chill Brothers. All the process from sales to installation has been wonderful and so cool. Alan (Technical Sales) did a wonderful job in putting together options that I could afford and helping me to choose the best option for my home. The next step installation also works like a clock. They rapidly schedule 3 appointments: pre-check, installation and quality control. In the first appointment a technician checked up my home and provided useful information to avoid delays in the installation phase. A few days later the installation team came I did my HVAC in a very short time and took special precautions not to damage anything in my home and clean up before they left. The quality check is due in 2 days, and I am pretty sure that it will also be a wonderful experience. I strongly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Got to admit Chill Brothers impressed me today. Ironically, the first year we had our new system installed, we had a major ice storm that rarely occurs. And ironically our system worked but had trouble reaching our set temperature. Jonathan reviewed the history, accomplished a thorough inspection and found a couple hard to find issues that were not caught during the installation. He repaired these issues and explained how the system works. That said, he didn’t really find any issues with the system itself which was a relief. Additionally, he also advised on a way to make the system more efficient with explained why it was so loud. Consequently, he might be the best technician I’ve seen and personifies the Chill Brothers brand as he was cool and not rushed throughout the service call. Chill Brothers contacted me with a buy back program to replace my old energy sucking AC unit with a brand new energy efficient AC for my 2694 sq ft home!! Just in time for the Texas heat wave! They were professional, transparent, and passionate about their program. The installation was quick and clean. Everything went great! I am so happy with the new AC. In the 9 years I've been in this house it is the most comfortable we've been during high temps in May. It may be a long summer, but we'll be cool. And my electric bill won't sky rocket as it has in the past! I highly recommend Chill Brothers!

Chill Brothers appointment was done quickly and professionally. Jason Baker showed up on time and was extremely professional in demeanor, HVAC knowledge, and appearance. He discussed actions we could take to upkeep our unit and gave us his card for future follow-up, if needed. The inspection was done thoroughly and efficiently, as I observed a large portion of it. Overall, we are very satisfied with the Chill Brother's team and would recommend them to family and friends!

Great experience, Chill Bros always answers in a timely fashion. This was my first time working with Josh C, and after I struggled for hours, trying all my basic handyman tricks, he was able to troubleshoot and solve the issue in 20minutes. Very professional and had me up and running in short order. Highly recommend!!

Jonathan came by and helped take care of the imbalance issues I had. He was very knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. The chill brothers overall was very fast in their service, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend Jonathan and the chill brothers!

Chill Brothers is absolutely our go-to place for AC or heating needs. We have been using them for a few years and it is obvious to us why they have grown so quickly. The service they provide still has that neighborly feel. Franco in particular has made each visit great. He is so knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand way. We felt comfortable inviting him into our home each time. He even brought our trash cans up from the curb. We really appreciate Chill Brothers. AND Franco!

The sales rep was Great! We really liked the tech who came to do the walk through, made it very simple on the process. The techs that did the work, were efficient and work detailed.
