Chill Brothers did an outstanding job from start to finish! They were timely, professional, friendly, and did an amazing job installing my entirely new A/C system (2 units). Jonathan came before installation to prep and after installation to QC/adjust, and he was really good at his job. He also helped to explain how the new system works. The installation team was outstanding as well and worked very hard to get the job done in one full day, so big thanks to Bryan and Emmanual and team. I was highly impressed with Chill Brothers all the way around and would recommend them to anyone!

Karie was a huge help in assisting us with our experience!
She sat down with us and went through the whole process in detail; from what the buyback program entails, to the steps required for installation, and to finally how the costs are calculated.
Karie was able to find the system that best suited our home and through the buyback program we were able to save massively on the price! She was clear with her words, relaxed, and did not push anything onto us that we did not ask for.

My central heat went out over a weekend (of course)during the coldest weather we’ve had here. I called various places, and people I had used previously to no avail.
I found Chill Brothers on a google search of “best HVAC companies near me”. They had great reviews so I tried them. I am SO glad that I did. They are organized and professional. I was given an immediate appointment. Josh, the service technician was here in a very short time. He was professional and very polite and positive. He went to work immediately, diagnosed the problem, offered courses of action for me to choose from, explained each, priced my options, answered my questions then allowed me the time I needed to consider and choose. My system was 16 years old and I opted for new over repairing the old. He left to get all the parts then was back with a partner (also great) in under two hours to remove the old and install the new. The men were competent, efficient and fast. They addressed a hot water heater vent problem I hadn’t realized existed, the asked if there was anything else I needed their help with. Super nice young men. I am very happy, and finally warm. I highly recommend this company and will be using it for any future needs.

It was great working with Alan in designing/picking out our new HVAC system. He was professional, courteous and respectful. He spent time explaining things thoroughly to us about what needed to be done, what can be delayed, and what we were signing up for. My husband and I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. We look forward to having our system installed.

Ah, these guys are wonderful. They put in a new Trane variable speed system for me for half the price I was getting quoted from the folks maintaining my system (about a yearago). Fast, well-trained, detailed-orientated, staff...and wonderful pricing. I only trust them now for my maintenance.

Karie Mitchell came out to help me with my AC system my furnace had failed. The complete system was old & using much more energy to operate then it need to. I had my brother who is in the HVAC industry on the phone with us while she shared information about the company & their Efficiency Buy Back Program. Ray was extremely pleased and confident to have Karie & The Chill Brothers taking care of my project right & affordability was a huge factor. Karie worked extra had to find a program that I was comfortable with. The previous company I had been working with for years wanted to charge me 20k in total and $375 mth. This was absolutely outrageous to me. I am so grateful for The Chill Brothers & the care Karie took to find solutions to help me get my project done & my budget comfortable.

David with Chill brothers came out and was very quick and efficient with their inspection of our current unit and explain the benefit of upgrading our ac unit. He was not pushy and had a lot to offer us to help us get to a point that made sense for our budget. Tami was very helpful on getting our services scheduled in a very quick manner.

Josh was outstanding with my AC/HVAC maintenance. He installed a Carbon UV system to help prevent mold growth in the unit and ducts. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and technical throughout the process. He answered every question I had with absolute certainty. Highly recommended!
