We had an excellent service by Jason yesterday!!! We had humidity issues in our new construction home that we moved into in 2022 until our appointment with Jason. Unfortunately the previous techs weren't able to even identify the issues that Jason found out, explained very thoroughly and fixed within an hour!!! He is definitely our AC tech from now on. He is very knowledgeable and we're going to request him for our next home's AC inspection and UV light installation!

I just bought my home, and was trying to figure out how to program the thermostat. On my first call, the technician helped me over the phone to resolve an issue with the ISC codes. I called back for a different issue and they scheduled a technician to come out to the house. Jason came out (within the scheduled time), diagnosed the issue and showed me how to resolve it. He also offered to look at my air intake in my attic to make sure I was not pulling in too much external air. He explained how it worked and made the adjustment. I really appreciate his assistance.

Jason is a very honest and professional person. He showed up on time and checked out our issues and did great work. He even made sure that we prepared the secondary drain for debris not to get all over the place. Call them they are great!

We had a great experience with Bruce Mech Air Conditioning and Heating, especially their technician Jason. Jason was professional, respectful, and very friendly. He walked us through everything, explained all the details clearly, and made sure we understood our options.

We had a whole house dehumidifier installed because we got tired of emptying a little bucket 5 times a day. Bruce Mechanical did a fantastic job especially the tech who did the work Rafael. The first unit had an issue with the indicator screen not being fully readable because 1/2 the LED lights didn't illuminate. The company within 5 days came back out and replaced the entire unit. Rafael came back and was just as professional and kind and did a great job again. I would definitely recommend Bruce Mechanicle for all my HVAC needs. A real first class operation.

Jason came out to fix the central air heater on Saturday, January 31, 2026. My call to Bruce Mechanical was deemed an emergency due to an expected drop in temperature to 26 degrees. (Regular work days are M-F). This was a follow up second visit a few days earlier. I was not charged for a second visit. Jason was very thorough as I watched his work checking every possible aspect that could be causing the problem. Then, he ran the same test 10 consecutive times before being satisfied. All of the 5 Technicians that I have met are polite and Personable ( Blake, Jason, Mo, Zach, Victor)

Our AC stopped working over the weekend and I called Bruce Mechanical to schedule a technician. Maurice showed up on time, explained the issue, and replaced the sensor. I call Bruce Mechanical for all of my HVAC repairs and maintenance. Y’all are the best!

Jason did a great job servicing our HVAC system. What was so impressive, besides his fantastic customer service, was the way he explained what was happening in the a/c and how our system operates. This is the first time I have owned an A/C that had a fresh air intake feature. It was not set up correctly either. We also had issues with our registers, as the builder had most of them shut. Just a great technician and a great experience.

Victor was great! He quickly identified the issue with my thermostat panel and took the time to explain everything clearly, even showing pictures of how the system works and what caused the panel to fail. He also checked the condenser to make sure it was properly charged and functioning correctly. Since I have a new build and sometimes contractors often move quickly to meet deadlines, I really appreciated him taking the extra step to ensure the condenser was working as it should. On top of that, he was very personable, which made the whole experience even better. Thanks again, Victor. You’re the best!

I am a new home owner and the first time I had an issue with my air filter and heat Johnny came out and he helped me out! Great customer service! The second time around the sent Jason out and he was amazing! He explained everything to me that was going on with my heat/ac. He showed me everything that was going on in my attic. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! What a great company!

Great service from Jason. Needed help with air distribution. He helped me out with even air flow and distribution in each room. He also took the time to explain each thing he did and gave good advice and tips to get the most out of my heat / air system. Overall great experience with Bruce Mechanical.

Had a "less qualified" technician take a look at our AC unit that kept shutting off during the day. Called Rivera AC and had Pete come out to take a look at it, and repair the problem. Turns out it was a different issue all together, and Pete got it fixed within an hour and saved us hundreds of dollars. Not sure what the previous technician was thinking...
