Update: Both ac units completely failed in 10/2015. Back in Sept. 2014 I was advised by AirCon technician that the excess Froen would cause the ac units to fail prematurely. Sure it seemed to be the case. They were only 10-years old. I replaced both units. So expensive.

I like to give it a zero star if there is such a selection.

Back in May 2014 one of the ac units wasn't cooling properly. Air Untied was hired because it was contracted by my home warranty company.

The technician added 9 lb of Freon to two ac units (2-ton and 4-ton) even though I requested to fix just the 4-ton unit. Four months later when the tenant moved out, I found cooling was very slow. This time I hired AirCon (five-star rated company per Google review). I was told both units had too much Freon. The technician released quite a bit of Freon in front of me. The ac appeared to be working normally since then. The AirCon technician told me that the compressors might had been damaged due to Froen over charging.

This company has always been prompt and shows up when scheduled. Actually today, Amanda show up two hours earlier on a 100 degree day. She found the problem immediately told me what the issue was and told me how much it would be. The cost was affordable and she was done in 30 minutes. Right on! I will call them again....

Awesome to work with got us our furnace installed before the cold air came. Very good to work with great people five star service all the way. Great job guys keep up the good work.

When the ac repair guy shoes up in a Prius with no tools to diagnose your problem, it should be an instant red flag, I would recommend running him off. The A/C Tech with the Prius went in my attic and told me the unit was not getting power that I needed to call an electrician and left. Instead of checking the wires to ensure a good connection, he passed the buck

2 days later with no A/C an electrician showed up and showed me where the connection had come loose from the power supply, tighten the wire nut and problem solved.

If you can't diagnose a simple loose wire and correct it, I don't think you need to be in the A/C service business, or any service business for that matter.

I was having problems with my A/C unit at my business (Daycare). I search around the internet until I found Air United Mechanical. I gave this company a call and received good customer service and a reasonable price. I would recommend if you are having A/C problems to this company a call for great service.

Cedrick has always been dependable, trustworthy and professional. I have had several problems with my unit over the last few years and he has always been efficient with fair pricing.

Wonderful! I would like to thank Amanda and Curtis for their time and professionalism. As a DIYer I appreciate when someone takes the time to inform me as to the process of problem resolution. Though I dislike paying someone to fix something I believe I can fix, this was not the case, and with compressor/AC units, repairing it yourself probably is never a good idea. Invest in a professional. Calling Air United was worth it. Sleeping peaceful tonight! Thank you!

Incompetent! Caused serious damage to our AC unit. We had to have a different company come out. I was told our unit is completely frozen up. This is because Amanda over filled our unit. It is 98 degrees and we were told to shut our unit off as not to cause further damage. I can not and will not recommend this company. If you have this company work on your AC, have a second company on standby so they can fix what this company damages.

My air conditioner was not working properly and I had a horrible experience with the first a/c company sent by my home warranty. That company came out 4 different times and still did not fix my air conditioner. After being frustrated with no results from the first company, I called the home warranty company and asked them to send another company out for a second opinion. That's when they referred Air United Mechanical (AUM). Cedrick, from AUM called me the same day and came out the very next day. Cedick was very polite, professional and very informative. He diagnosed & explained the problem and fixed my air conditioner. My a/c is now working properly and I have Cedrick & AUM to thank for that. I am definitely going to use Air United Mechanical when it's time to replace my a/c unit. I highly recommend Air United Mechanical, if you want great quality and professional services. This company is a prime example of Integrity. I called Air United they answered the call on the 2nd ring. The service man was so nice and caring. When he came out to my home he gave me a good
understanding of what was wrong with my AC. He fixed it promptly and I was so happy.

Update- Cedrick is still doing a fantastic job!

I have a home warranty and my dual capacity went out and Noah Chavez came out and did 5 minutes worth of work and said we owed $350 for thr service and that our home warranty wouldn't cover it. So I paid him, and I found out later from my home warranty it should have been covered for nothing. I contacted the owner and it took several weeks but he refunded the money. He was very nice and drove out to my house personally to apologize.

Was great service I called at 8:00 a.m. and Cedric with Air United was at my doorstep by 10:00a.m. He checked A/C unit then went up in the attic found the problem resolved it....My A/C was back up and running by 11:30. Great quick service highly recommend.
