Excellent work JB. have done my mom and my dad's house and my dad was shocked because he never knew it's supposed to run that quietly Because the previous system didn't have a filtering vent hat was probably an oversight to the house construction and the unit was collecting over time dust and dirt that filled a 20 gallon trash can, JB. Sort out this issue With a few modifications And today My parents can rest easy thanks to the marvelous work of JB Services Cooling and Heating

We noticed an immediate improvement in our AC quality. Very timely and professional service.

Update: There was an improvement over the ductwork that was original to the house, but what JBS installed turned out to be almost completely wrong.
Wrong size ducts, improperly sealed, and some not sealed at all and just stuffed into the air registers. When they came back to take a look they didn't seem to see any issue, and said they'd be back the following Friday. Haven't seen them since.

Cannot recommend.

Excellent experience! Just had a whole house re-duct. Situation was far from being textbook thanks to shoddy work from previous HVAC company. Took much longer than anticipated but the crew stayed and put in the extra time to get it right. Highly recommend this company based on communication skills, experience and knowledge, and price.

Unfortunately, I must edit my review. I have called repeatedly for service on my air conditioner. Although I have spoken to an office representative, I have never received a call back from the technician and finally had to call another a/c repair service. I am now learning that I should have registered my unit 4 years ago, but I did not know that and never received warranty information. I've also called and asked for the warranty information, but again did not get a call back or an email with the information. I am shocked that the quality of customer service has changed so much.

JBS arrived at the stated time. The technicians were pleasant and gave a quote on the ice machine repair. The diagnostic charge is too expensive.

Shannon and Michael were at our house the next day and got everything done over the next few months. They even helped when the insurance adjuster came to our house. It was painless.

I used Shannon and the folks at global services initially to help with a leak I had under my foundation. Shannon came out and found cracks in the driveway he thought to be the problem. They sealed the cracks and painted the driveway and on the next big rain storms no more leaking. Here about a month ago I noticed the trim over my garage was sagging. Shannon and his team came out and determined the header over the garage was rotten and needed to be replaced. The professionalism of their crews, the quality of the work was top notch and is was very reasonably priced. Global has done 2 projects for me that have been flawless and I recommend them to anyone looking for work done on their home.

These guys still believe in craftsmanship and are experts at the craft. Very hard to find a company that communicates as they do. I never felt I as left in the dark as I have felt with a contractor in the past. While the process of remodeling is frustrating they gave a full schedule/scope and we were able to work around them and not totally feel as a large project was going on in the house. In addition, I cannot tell you how pleased we were with the cleanliness of the crew which again I had not experienced in the past. In short these are the guys you want on your job and in your corner in dealing with the insurance companies....

After lightning destroyed my home, they were fire. Shannon and Matthew came, and I only had to worry about my family. They took care of everything. Matthew also worked with the insurance agent to ensure that all those things that needed to be replaced or replaced and not just fixed I never had to worry they listen to my concerns and make sure I was satisfied. Every step of the way the work is excellent and even so they’ve given me a warranty on all of the work.
