Jacob and his team trimmed our oak tree per my exact specifications and also came back to trim three small hedges. Both crews who came out were prompt, extremely courteous, and did and excellent job. I highly recommend Jacob and his company.

The Urban Foresters are the real deal. As a homeowner, I wanted my trees and my property to thrive for the long term. These guys cared about that. When they came out, they really listened to my goals for my entire property and then gave me their expert advice. On the day of service, they arrived early. Eager to work. They removed close to 15 trees and pruned and trimmed another 20. They got it all done and cleaned up in one day. The entire crew was friendly and professional. My family was so proud of their work, we took a picture at the end of the day. I highly recommend Urban Foresters and will only use them for my future needs.

Called with questions about the application and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude, uninformative and hung up on me.

I would love to leave a better review, but they ghosted me after I sent back the signed proposal and they have not called back to schedule an appointment in over a week. I've emailed twice and called to talk to the admin, and nothing. So I will find a local company to trim my trees.

Daniel was knowledgeable and professional. His extensive knowledge really proved invaluable in helping us pick the perfect shrubs and trees to create our backyard oasis!

Dre' and his awesome Crew came out and assessed before for big palms. Called 30 min out today and knocked it out of the park. Super friendly and diligent!

The shopping experience was great, although after I bought a tree it was not approved in the plant HoA list so it had to be switched ou, ok not a problem.
I hope my tree gets leaves back, but I bought insurance
2. The delivery was easy but they did leave trash ie threw the extra sand, soil and grass behind to trellis that I have. I also watched them dig most of the holes- except one-
They hit the sprinkler line and just covered it up. The sprinkler system would run fine but near the tree it would flood and I thought nothing of it until I had someone come and look at it.

I find this whole experience a bit odd for a company that prides themselves on planning and planting for me to be down 0-2.

I will use different plant nursery for large purchases unless these trees don’t recover even after using the moon juice and watering schedule.

Demetris and his team were awesome. They came to re-stand a palm after the hurricane. They took care with the tree and the yard. Even when fighting with extra muddy terrain. They didn't rush us and made sure we were happy with the shape and reset of the tree. They even added an extra stake to make sure the tree was good and stable.

The selection of quality trees and shrubs for my yard was amazing. The actual planting was done professionally and comprehensively.

Daniel helped us landscape our backyard with a beautiful assortment of trees, shrubs and flowers! He was extremely communicative, provided great customer service, and has been a pleasure to work with.

Steve was awesome! He knows his stuff when it comes to plants! I prefer this location over the Austin location simply because Steve loves and cares for my plants so well. I also loveeee the moon juice! Thank you Steve for bringing my plants back to life!

Very professional and helpful. Kerrick was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process to ensure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. Guzman was informative and helpful during planting and the crew was extra cautious during the digging and planting. Very happy with my purchase and the overall quality of trees and customer service!!

Daniel, Senior Lead Designer, motored us around the expansive nursery - at times it was like being in a forest, the trees were so tall! If it weren’t so hot in August I’d have been happy just to walk around and enjoy the beauty of it. He helped us choose the best options for our backyard, they fit perfectly. And, he was there the day before & on the day of, installation.

Fernando and his professional crew arrived early on the big day. I was so impressed by how quickly they planted so many large trees/shrubs and flowers, they are the best!

I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, I love my beautiful backyard!

David did a great job of helping us compare options and helping us pick out trees to replace some we'd lost with freezes the last 2 years. Cody and his crew did a fantastic job on delivery. They called ahead, arrived on time, and made sure every tree was situated where we wanted it, and facing the direction we wanted each side to face. Couldn't be happier.

This is our 2nd time using Moon Valley and it won't be the last. The trees and shrubs we've purchased there are leaps and bounds healthier looking and better growing than the ones we've bought at big box stores.

Brandi took great care of us when we needed to replace a tree that struggled after the freeze. Fernando and his team came out to deliver it. They called ahead of arrival, installed quickly and were very thorough with care and maintenance instructions. Great experience with Moon Valley!

Inspite of the rain, Daniel provided us with excellent recommendations for backyard oasis. We definitely will be back for all of our outdoor needs.

Jim came to the house and did a great job of helping me pick evergreen plants and trees. Then I went out on location and picked out my own trees! Jim was super nice when I would text weekly and ask how my trees were doing, because I'm a nerd like that! Justin ran the crew that planted and was fantastic! Went through my care instructions and answered all my questions. His crew was efficient and kept everything clean and clear. Great experience!

We have gotten many trees from Moon Valley and always had an excellent experience. Today’s planting was exceptional. We got a Holly tree and two Japanese Blueberries and the guys who came out were top notch!
We got a time window yesterday and they called again today 30 minutes prior to arrival. It was perfect.
Cody & Trey were the two more talkative ones but all were very polite and professional.
They even let me pick which sides of the plants I wanted facing forward. And put the rocks back and cleaned up really well before leaving.
We are very pleased customers once again!

We went to Moon Valley and really enjoyed our experience. Jessica Quintana assisted us and she was super pleasant and knowledgeable.
