We’re so pleased with the Camphor tree we purchased last February and the maintenance service we’ve received from John Evans. Our tree has grown so quickly and looks great!

Highly recommend going to Moon Valley nurseries. They have a wide variety of trees, plants, and especially fruit trees that survive our area. With it being so close to home I will definitely revisit! Steve answered all my questions and concerns, assisting me with understanding even more about fruiting trees and other factors that come into play to have successful plants. and I look forward to continuing my plant journey with this business! This business was so well-organized and Steve knew exactly where to go for what I was looking for which surprised me when compared to other nurseries I've been to before where I had to hunt around. Please visit this nursery if you're serious about quality. They even have a office where you can further discuss and plan what you want and need!

Wes Kompelein at Moon Valley Spring has excellent customer service skills, follow through and also follow up! It was a pleasant experience dealing with him to resolve an issue. Demetris Guzman is also professional, personable and thorough and helped make the experience even better and handled my trees with care!

I had a lovely experience calling in from out of state to pick the perfect bonsai for my father on Valentines Day. I spoke with West, whom was very attentive and able to work with me despite the distance to make it happen. Thank you so much for your kindness!

A lot of great options and Daniel did such a great job giving us a nice service and advice for our project. Highly recommend you come here if you are looking mature trees or web inside plants and ask for Daniel !

We worked with Daniel Martinez to design, layout, and schedule the install of a new front flower bed. He was extremely patient and helpful in picking exactly what my wife envisioned for our entry landscape. We spent some time in the nursery actually putting the plants down on the ground and moving them around until we created something she really loved. Scheduling delivery and install was simple and the price to have everything put in place with a 90 day guarantee seems pretty good to us! The plants we picked all looked healthy, vibrant, and well cared for. I'll add before and after pictures once everything is done, but 5 stars for Daniel and all his help so far!

After several weeks of working with us, the salesman, Dan settled us on Carolina cherries after our neighbor put some commercial property near our property line. We were desperate for trees to cover it up. Dan worked with us patiently through several changes on our order. He is a phenomenal salesman. The planters just came today and installed the trees. They were extremely professional, quick, and did a great job! Dre who is the one in charge of the tree installation. He was professional and knowledgeable, and we ended up buying two more trees than we originally planned because of his ability to work with us. We are over the moon! No pun intended. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I will not be buying trees from anyone else in the future. Best nursery around! Also, Rich the arborist was a fantastic help. He went to the planting site in our yard and made sure everything was perfect. He spent at least an hour of his time probing the soil and making sure our trees would make it!

Original Post- I just had five trees planted. Moon Valley did a great job. Daniel was our salesman. He took the time to patiently work with us. We appreciated the added attention. He even came to our house to survey and recommend locations and ideas.

The morning the trees were planted I was contacted by Cody. Who informed me of their arrival time. Once Cody and his team arrived the process was professional and timely.

Update: Due to the winter freeze several of our trees perished, including two palm trees which I did not purchase from Moon Valley. Luckily the trees I bought were under warranty.

The replacement process has been painless. Moon Valley accommodates the process with professional service. When their crew came to install the replacement trees they called me before they arrived and showed up on time. The crew, led again by Cody, is very professional. They actively solicited my input and made improvements. Thank you Moon Valley.

Wow, wow, WOW is all I have to say. I don’t know where to begin because our experience was so wonderful. We were looking for a very large pecan tree and unfortunately they didn’t have any on the property that we really loved. They got creative and we FaceTimed with the farm and was able to pick it over the phone. I’m not going to lie, I was a bit nervous about it but I knew they had a guarantee so I just rolled with it. I also purchased a blue flame agave which is beautiful as well. I had a countdown on my phone counting down until “tree day”. Cody and his team did an absolutely amazing job. We told him where wanted to have the tree centered in our front window but unfortunately there were some sprinkler pipes in the way. Cody said that they could work around it and move it if we wanted to but it just seemed so perfect where it was we just kept it. I did appreciate him letting me know and not just planting it and leaving it. He also took the time to talk about how their trees are graphted and it would be beneficial to plant another pecan tree to help with fruit bearing. Oddly enough we had just saved a few little tiny trees from a nursery that were dying and had them on hand. The guys went ahead and planted those for us as well. He gave us very clear instructions and even threw in some moon juice for us. Overall a 10/10 experience so far. Keep up the good work!!

West really helped us out with finding the right fruit tree for my retired dad. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely would come back in the future. Ben helped us finding what works financially which we are thankful for since this was a last minute Xmas gift 🎁 ❤️
They have a high rating for a reason so I'd definitely check them out for any purchases large or small.

This nursery is amazing!!! I’ve never seen trees this beautiful living out of the ground! So beautiful!!! The staff was super friendly and way more helpful than I could ever imagine. I worked with Rich, the manager there, and we picked out palm trees and privacy hedges. Rich made it so easy for me, he really made me feel good about my investment. Then the installation crew did an amazing job! It looks great! I couldn’t be happier. Definitely going back for more really soon and highly recommend anyone needed assistance with trees to go to Moon Valley and see Rich.

Jason Wilensky is hands down the most easy going, fun person to landscape with. We went in with ideas of our own, he listened, then expanded on those ideas and made it 10x better than we could have expected. These pictures are round #1, we are now headed back for round #2 to be planted next week! Will come back in the future, no other company will have our business! Thank you Jason!

Devon Hall came today for my tree maintenance and he was such a joy! He was very knowledgeable about my trees and alleviated my fears about the freeze and that my trees were doing just fine. I really appreciated his expertise and reassurance. I know my trees are in good hands!

Every aspect of my experience with Moon Valley Nursery Woodlands has been exceptional and professional: from my initial visits researching shrubs and trees to pick (Jason Wilensky & Daniel Martinez), purchasing (Ben Hansen) to delivery & installation (Demetris Guzman). I am very pleased with the quality of my trees and shrubs, the pricing I received, and the care in which they were planted. The guidelines and information for caring for my newly plantings has been very helpful. I am glad I also purchased their Protection Plus plan for the trees that I planted. I will definitely be back to the Nursery for any further purchases.

I am writing this review to express my positive experience with the Moon Valley Nursery Spring/Woodlands location. Most recently I met with Westin and received a warm welcome and a positive buying experience. This whole group from the sales groups, planting and follow-up visits have been true to their stated mission to insure a happy customer. They all are a first class group of folks and quite easy to work with. Great company with great people.

I had such a great experience at Moon Valley! Daniel was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me different citrus trees and helped me pick the best ones for my garden. He was friendly, patient, and clearly loves what he does. The trees all looked very healthy and well cared for. I’ll definitely be back for more!

We had a wind storm that took down one of our recently planted trees and they were super speedy to fix the problem. Very professional and good at taking care of their customers. We would highly recommend working with them. Make sure you find Elena! She's very kind, knowledgable, and professional. She helped me with everything I needed and explained everything very well, what a gem!

Following the hurricane I knew I had to replace a tree in my yard. I was able to browse the selection of trees on the website so I had an idea of what I was interested in before I arrived. We were immediately greeted and helped by Chris Bach who guided us around the property to look at our different options and help us make a decision. The selection process and delivery booking process was easy. The team who came to deliver and plant the tree were fast and professional. It was a great experience and they will definitely be my first choice for any other future Landscaping needs.

We recently bought two trees from Moon Valley Nurseries. From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally well. Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and after listening to our ideas on the type of trees we were looking for was able to direct us to the trees that fit our needs. We selected two trees which are perfect for our property. The crew that came out to plant the trees were efficient, respected property and cleaned up when the were finished so well so that you could not tell the trees had just been planted! They will continue to monitor our trees over the next year to make sure they are thriving .

Awesome nursery! We stopped in for a smaller project and a very vague idea of what we wanted. Wes helped us figure out what would work best for the project area and took the time to lay it out so we could picture it before we committed. Really appreciate his guidance and customer service.
