Was very good professional fast on time let me know when he was coming. Knew what was wrong fixed it. Very happy with his work. Highly recommended for other jobs.

Our dishwasher stopped working correctly and Ace is just down the road about a mile. I called and talked to someone pretty quickly. Nicole helped to take my info, document issues and schedule a repair tech. They had same day availability, but even next day was great and worked for me.

Brian responded during the given service window, giving a 15 minute courtesy text prior to arrival. He got right to work, and identified the issue and other potential issues. He was very open and honest about the cost, preventative maintenance and comparison to other models/brands. He provided me with a fair bill and said I had options to repair or replace. I opted for replacing as the machine was 4+ years old and had other potential unseen damage from the disrepair.

I went to their location on Davis and purchased a new KitchenAid with the help of George. I already had the old washer out and decided to do the installation myself rather than waiting until an opening for install dates. Brian assured me that had I chosen to have Ace install it, they had a top notch installer.

I would highly recommend Ace based on my experience.

Bought a Speed Queen washer from Ace Refrigeration and Appliance and Brian just installed it. He was efficient and quite knowledgeable. Didn’t take the hinges off our utility/garage door like Sears did (ended up buying new door because of their neglect) and was in and out in no time! No mess left either. Great company to work with for appliances. George in the showroom was honest and didn’t try to pressure me into buying the dryer as I won’t need it for another year, I hope! Best experience ever and also the most reasonable price around!! You will be glad you purchased from this company!!

He worked quickly, was friendly, addressed our concerns, and went above and beyond to note helpful tips, tricks, and general strategies to complete repairs or purchase a new unit if needed. His advice was honest and helpful. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!

Our refrigerator was not cooling, Casey the Technician assigned came out was punctual and very professional. After diagnosting the problem, parts were ordered and within a week he returned to complete the job. Will definitely reach out to him again .

There is only one thing I can say, if you need an appliance fixed or just cleaned up! It’s on you if you don’t call Patriot! On my screw up he came back out! Because he said he would! Not 5 star but above! I would rank them a Michelin star for appliances

Our tech, Ed, was the nicest person! He came right at the beginning of his arrival window and worked on our appliance. The office personnel, Ashley, was also very helpful, nice, and professional! They truly did there best and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Brian was professional, friendly and honest! Unfortunately the washing machine repairs needed didn’t make sense for us and buying a new machine would be best. However, we knew this may be the case going into our call. Brian also took time to check our dryer ventilation. So glad he did! He also showed us things to avoid and lookout for with our dishwasher too. In the end, adding value to his (already) wonderful service. Glad I called Ace and will definitely use them again!

Casey was GREAT!!!! We had a leaky washer and he came out to fix. He found multiple issues causing the leak and got it all fixed up. Works great now. Will call Patriot again next time an appliance needs repair.

This was a follow up visit for an issue with our refrigerator. Ed came a few weeks ago, ordered the parts after we approved the estimate and returned today to finish the repair. He is knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to high quality work. I highly recommend using this company. Little kids believe in Super Hero's but as you mature that belief fades.... However, Casey with Patriot Appliance Repair made me a believer once more. I called him to repair my ice machine (it's a stand alone machine that makes "Sonic Ice"). All of a sudden it started producing dirty ice. Casey came in and assessed the situation and very quickly had it up and running just like new. The drain hose was linked! He could have told me anything and charged me hundreds of dollars and I would have never known the difference. He is a very prompt, knowledgeable, and honest young man. I would recommend him any day. Give him a call!
