Casey was professional and was able to figure out how to get our washer door unlocked. He explained to us the issue and what our options were. I recommend him and will use him again in the future if necessary.

It was easy to get a service time and the communication was great. Casey did a super job diagnosing the problem with our ice maker. The turnaround time was minimal in ordering a new one and the install was a breeze. Great, friendly service. Wonderful, established family business!

Casey was fantastic!! He spotted the problem with our washer, and fixed it up with a new part. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone having an appliance problem. Also, his website had an easy booking link followed by texts confirming my appt and when he was on his way. Great communication. On a side note ladies, he was a very nice man, he wore his company shirt (so I didn’t have to guess who he was) and I felt completely comfortable with him in our house while my husband was working. This is the second time that I have called Casey to come and fix an appliance, which says a lot! The first time he fixed my washing machine. This time I called him to fix my refrigerator and freezer. Both times he came quickly and was fast and efficient when completing the repairs. It’s rare to find someone honest and qualified to complete home appliance repairs. Call Casey if you need a repair done right. I highly recommend using his services!!!

I spoke with Heather to get everything booked, they were able to get out in 2 days and Casey was prompt and professional. He made the repairs and everything was at a reasonable cost.
