Reed’s is great! We were using another pool service and they were unpredictable and disorganized, and my pool ultimately ended up turning green. Michael, the operations manager from Reed’s came out and was extremely thorough in analyzing our pool and needs. Everyone at Reed’s is wonderful to work with. In my experience over the last decade, this is the only pool service that’s been consistently reliable and professional, and doesn’t push services or products that aren’t requested or needed (ie I’ve never had to deal with the dreaded upsell). Most importantly, these folks are honest; although they could have simply sold me new cartridges for my filter, they allow me to save substantial money by showing how easily the cartridges can be cleaned and, if the structural integrity is still there, reused. And if Michael comes to service your pool, you’ll meet the nicest and kindest guy out there.

I started using Reed's pool service when I was considering purchasing my home. It had a pool installed and no one would entertain my questions and concerns (as I'd never owned a home with a pool before) since I didn't actually own the home yet. James came out, walked me through everything, and has taken my phone calls, even after hours, to answer all of my questions. James is very patient, kind, and thorough.
