Reed's Pool Service is awesome. They have been incredibly helpful to us as new pool owners. They keep my pool sparkling clean and have installed a handrail for me. We discovered after we moved into the house that we had a leak. They sent someone out and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem rather quickly. Thank you James and Joseph for taking great care of us.

Have used them for many years serving my pool equipment They have always done a fantastic job repairing or servicing the equipment for a fair price. Very trustworthy I would highly recommend them for any pool services

I am very impressed by Trevor, your 'Service Tech'. Trevor is very professional and knowledgeable.

Trevor was extremely prompt, and even called me about 8:20 am, asking if he could arrive early as he was about 10 minutes away from my house. Trevor arrived about 8:30 am, and we immediately "reviewed my pool, and the work needed to be done". By 9:00 am, Trevor was already installing the new 'Polaris booster pump motor'. Trevor then completed the other 'minor repairs' that were needed, and at the same time "explained what and why" he was doing specific things. I realized that Trevor was "conscientious, dedicated and diligent" in "doing the best job possible"!

And, James Ayre, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, as well, as he expertly diagnosed a pool issue I was having after a brief description/discussion we had on the phone.

Reed's Pool Service has definitely become 'my new pool company for all of my repairs and service work needed'!

Trevor always does a great job cleaning our filter and repairs we have needed. James is always quick to respond and is very helpful.

Changed to Reed’s from another company when the other company would spend as little time as possible doing the least cleaning as possible but charging way too much. Reed’s fixed the algae problem the other company allowed to fester. Our cleaning tech is quick to answer when we have a question. Every week we get a report on the chemical readings and chemicals used. Very happy with Reed’s!

Reed's Pool Service does an excellent job keeping my backyard pool and pool filter clean and running year-round. If they notice any issues, they'll report it immediately and propose an affordable solution. With Reed's, I don't have to worry about algae, debris, adding chemicals or sweeping the pool. I've used Reed's for several years and never been disappointed. I strongly recommend Reed's pool services.

The staff are Very nice, funny, and humble people. The bosses are very kind and awesome people. They work very hard and get the job done fast and neat!

Replaced my roof. Completed the job quickly, cleaned up after the job was done, picked up all the loose nails. No leaks, no issues to report after the job was done.

The staff was punctual, completed quality work in a timely manner, and they let me rest while they fought my insurance company for me.

Mr. Omar and his crew did an excellent job - from working with our insurance company, to quality and expeditious installation, and final clean-up. They also came back to fix a few window screens which were torn during the work. We had some severe storms afterwards, and had no leaks. We were very pleased with Omar that we also used him to replace the roof on our business building. Same excellent service! We have since recommended Omar to a few friends and family members. This company is one of the best companies I’ve ever used. Omar and his crew came over to my house to inspect my woof after the hurricane and they did a wonderful job . I’ll always recommend this company to other customers.

I give this company four stars because their communication at the beginning was not good. But the end of the day, I am happy with their service.

great experience working with Omar and O&M Const Services. They replaced our roof after we received hail damage and the process was fairly painless. Thanks O&M!

O&M did a complete reconstruction of our house flooded in Harvey to about 6 feet in the garage and 3 feet in the living area. We found O&M to have highly skilled craftsmen (and lady), to be completely straightforward and fair, and to network effectively to bring in skilled folks from outside as needed. We greatly appreciate the great job under difficult post_Harvey conditions.

Omar was very easy to work with and responded to my questions quickly. Our new roof looks amazing and the workers did a great job cleaning up our yard of all construction materials before leaving.

Brent and Jared are solid sales and ops people. The roof came out great. There were some issues with the 3rd party laborers on housekeeping and damage but they were resolved and handled with professionalism and to my satisfaction. I would give them another shot on a roofing job purely on their communication and overall business ethics, despite things on the job that was out of their control.

We used this business for a roof replacement and a fence replacement. Omar was extremely professional. He inspected our roof and fence and contacted our insurance company to discuss replacement due to storm damage. The company did a fantastic job. Omar was professional, and responsive. He answered all of our questions and guided us through the process. I would absolutely refer this company.
