I decided on Reeds for my pool servicing needs because of the time they spent talking to me. I had a LOT of question since I was a first time pool owner & all my question were answered. Over time I decided to give it a go on my own & Reeds didn’t give me a guilt trip or even try to talk me out of it. What I got was “if you need anything just give us a call”. A season later we called them back & I am still as happy with their service as I was before; I just feel comfortable with Reeds.

We started maintaining our own pool after several years of sub-par performance from various service companies. That's gone well, but when we discovered a leaking crack in the base of our DE filter we didn't know who to turn to for help with the problem.

After quite a bit of online research we reached out to Reed's Pool Service based on their very positive reviews. I called and spoke with James, who turns out to be the owner. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with, and sent a technician, Trevor, out to give us a quote.

Trevor explained several possible options in clear detail. We decided to replace the entire filter and valve assembly since they were over 20 years old. Trevor was back the next morning, and within a couple of hours we had a new filter up and running. The workmanship is great, the job was done very professionally. It is obvious that Trevor takes pride in the work he does, and this reflects very well on Reed's as a whole.

We feel confident in knowing that Reed's will be our "go to" for any future pool repair needs, and can whole-hardheartedly recommend them to anyone needing an honest and professional pool repair service.

If your pool or equipment needs special attention, they let you know so you can get it repaired yourself or they will repair it for a quoted price or recommend someone else. If you see a problem with the pool, someone from Reed's Pool usually is there within an day or so to check it out.

They are local, easy to get a hold when I have any questions and all around super reliable and honest. I used a bigger company once, and whetr I was talking to a different person every time I called sometimes not even from my area. They would also "find" problems that weren't real problems just to up charge or have me replace things I could easily repair myself. I recommend Reed's 100%.

Hired Reed’s Pool Service during the summer to repair a leaking fitting. They answered the phone immediately, came out that same day and performed the repair. I was so impressed that I hired them full time to perform all of my pool maintenance and upkeep.

I have worked with many Pool companies over the past 20 years cleaning our pool. This company has been the best so far! They are always responsive and thorough. They Keep our pool in great shape and ready to use! Anytime, there are issues they are able to come back out to troubleshoot and repair. We have a difficult pool due to living on the water and the shape of our pool, but they manage to do a great job!

Reed's Pool Service is the best. James is quick to get back to me whenever I call with an issue and providing me with options to repair the system. Trevor always does a great job of getting out to my house quickly, evaluating any issues and conducting the repairs. Also, he does a great job of educating me on the system and how I can better maintain it myself (such as cleaning the filters).
