Excellent cleaning service! The quality of the work, superb service, on-time arrival, and genuine pride of ownership is what has made me a repeat customer with Winniecleans! I've utilized this cleaning service a number of times over the last 2 months and each time, I've been pleased with how my house was left squeaky clean.

I called this place three times. First time, before I could ask for a price, I got hung up on. Second call No answer. Third call, she answered long enough to hang up on me again. Piss poor company writing there own revues...

If your tile looks old, call them. They make the grout look new again. It seriously changes the whole space.

This company was hired through Renter's Warehouse. I could fill pages and pages with complaint. Their repairs don't last but a day.
Don't use this company.

I've worked with several janitorial services in Houston over my long career managing properties here, and this company is one of the best. They've got good people and they really know commercial cleaning, they do excellent work at a fair price.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the initial scheduling and communication was good. The service is where the issues arise.
- The front door was left unlocked after the initial cleaning (instructions were given on how to lock the door)
- The quoted services were not completed as stated but were charged for
- Blame was placed on the customer for bringing attention to the services that were overlooked/not done
- No communication about the services that did not get done but charged as if they were completed

I wish that the items listed in their quote had been completed and done correctly the first time. Instead, I am still left with the unfinished job with a charge for the full quote...

If you’re thinking about cleaning your carpet, just call them. Don’t wait. I waited too long and now I regret not doing it sooner. Huge difference!

Not only did Karen do a great job deep cleaning our condo, she sent photos of everything since we don't live close. It sat vacant for a year with only a little vacuuming and filter change so it was really bad. She made it look brand new and ready to go on the market. Thank you Karen!

I have used this product for several years. She has several scents, Peppermint, Orange Citrus, Lemon and Lavender. My favorite is Peppermint. It was important to my family that we use something that is eco-friendly due to me and my son being asthmatic. When, the owner, Karen Amos introduced me to her product, it was heaven sent as well as a game changer. We have a product that won’t aggravate our asthma, cleans the house thoroughly while leaving a fresh peppermint scent and is eco-friendly. We also use it in the office and our vehicles. I have used Karen's cleaner for years...l swear by it! but..this is so awesome. I accidentally left a fire on my stove top and ruined a beautiful pan I had Loved..it looked beyond repair..it had beautiful flowers on it .But...i got out my cleaner and it is perfect!!! No house should be without her cleaner!!! I have removed rust.blood.and so many other things. it's more than the wonderful smell

Karen and her assistant did a thorough cleaning of our house in preparation for listing on the market. Bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, family room all look great. The house should show well to potential buyers and hopefully result in a favorable sale.
