Karen cleaned our home as though it were her own. Her courteous, kind personality was the cherry on top of a wonderful experience. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to family and friends.

Karen was rude. I was on the phone asking her about her 'Make Ready' services. She got impatient with me, then hung up. Her definition of Make Readys, is a glorified Cleaning Service. It is Far from the a regular 'Make Ready' service which involves more than Just cleaning. If you need a Cleaner, Karen can clean your property, but that will be the only services offered. It should be called "Karen's Kleaners" for Cleaning Only.

Being in my 80's and set in my ways, I had a hard time finding someone who would clean my place at a reasonable rate, when by chance I encountered Karen. I must say that I am very happy with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend her services. Again, many thanks Karen.

Karen changed her schedule twice to accommodate my request and from the first moment she picked up the phone, it was clear that she was a professional who takes her job very seriously. I could not attend the cleaning or be there after, but my very selective client was happy and that is EVERYTHING. Thank you, Karen. You have a loyal client in me!

I've used Karen's services a couple of times already and I am really pleased with it. She's fast at responding and has really made the process easy for me. She does an awesome job and she's really flexible on schedule and demands on my part. Definitely recommend her services.

O. M. Gosh! Master of clean. Professional. Kind. Are just a few words that come to mind when I think about Karen of Make Ready Service. One thing that I truly appreciate about Karen’s cleaning is she takes her time. She doesn’t rush and therefore every inch, corner is sparkling clean! She even let the dog out a couple times. Now that’s the type of experience money just wont buy! I’d strongly recommend Karen for your cleaning needs.

I can't rave enough about this cleaning company. I have never use her service but the products are phenomenal! If you're looking for chemical free product but yet sterile and gets the job well done making your home smell seasonal this is the product you would want to never leave your home! I give Karen Make Ready two thumbs up ! You won't regret it !

I am moving into a post construction Harvey home and it had construction dust everywhere and the bathrooms were used daily by workers and well, it was just not clean. Karen came in and made everything feel like a home. I finally feel like I can move in. She was professional and friendly and made customer service so easy and my home is sparkling and smells like peppermints!

I contacted Karen to inquire about a rotation service for our home. She was timely to respond, explained everything she would cover on both the first deep clean and rotation cleans, and was very pleasant. I will now keep her on a regular basis! I knew it was time to switch to a professional, and not just someone by word-of-mouth. Karen is worth every penny! - as the saying goes - you get what you pay for! :)

Recently moved out of a one bedroom apartment and contacted Karen in efforts to help with the professional final deep clean.. Karen did an amazing job!! Money well spent I would do it again any day.. Before I started using Karen's Cleaner I was cleaning with bleach or cleaners containing bleach. One day I overstayed while cleaning my bathroom and the fumes from it made me ill. I then said I would try using a natural cleaner.

I contacted Karen immediately because I had seen her advertisement on Facebook. She has been very professional and I love her product. It cleans wonderfully and the peppermint scented cleaner has a refreshing aroma. No strong, nauseating fumes like bleach.

I love it so much that I purchased the lavender scent for my mom. I hope she loves it as much as I do. Everyone should give it a try!

Karen and her team deliver on their promises. Easy email reservation, showed up on time and kept me informed on progress via text. Before she arrived, she asked if there were areas that needed special attention. House was a disaster when I left her the keys but returned to clean house that smelled great. Rate was very reasonable too. I will be using her again!!! Thanks Karen!

I needed a quick turn around Deep Clean prior to my husbands release from the hospital, and Karen's Make Ready Services did not miss a beat. They jumped to the challenge and boy did they deliver. The house was squeaky clean and smelled heavenly from her homemade non-toxic cleaning products. Have been using her products for a few years now, and I highly recommend their both her services and her products. TOP NOTCH !!!

Hired Karen to clean the house before closing. She confirmed the appointment the day before and again when she was on the way.Team arrived early and ready to work. They did an absolute fabulous job and left the house not only sparkling clean but with the smell of mint, so fresh. I highly recommend her!! Very pleasant people to have in your home.

Karen's is the only cleaning/make ready service I will ever use. Karen herself is a very respectful and professional person, she called me the day before the appointment and she texted and called when she was in her way. Her work far exceeded my expectations, as a former make-ready person myself I know what to look for. She surely doesn't give up either. On my home two of her helpers didnt show up, so she just did my 3690 sq ft two story house herself! I have a huge respect for her. If you are looking for a cleaning service stop here. She will not let you down.

I used Karen to have a house move in ready for me. She showed up on time and spent the day getting it ready for me scrubbing through every nook and cranny. She was awesome through and through. I am hiring her again for my old house to get it ready to sell. I highly recommend her.
