Purchased 4 hours of cleaning and they only stayed 2 hrs 10 minutes. Their boss made them come back and only stayed for 40 minutes. I was ripped off for an hour and 10 minutes. Wouldn't recommend this company. The workers lie to their boss and count their drive time as cleaning time I guess?

The lady that schedules is very rude, They will cancel last minute with no accommodations. Hardly can ever get ahold of them.

if you purchased on Groupon you might as well not even expect to get a cleaning. They are a complete rip off.

Great service; on time and professional. The lady in the office was very nice and helpful; she booked my appointment for the day and time I needed and the housekeepers did an outstanding job. I will use them again.

Show up between 15-30 minutes of scheduled time. I’d say the cleaning is adequate, not spectacular, but worth what you pay. Really depends on the person/people you get that day. Overall, they do a decent job.

NEVER USE THIS MAID SERVICE. They came to my place and spent all of the time “cleaning” the downstairs but still nothing was cleaned properly. Their excuse for not cleaning the upstairs was that they ran out of time and that they were not supposed to spend “all day” cleaning my house. The trash that was on the kitchen counter and the living room downstairs was not even thrown away nor was the trash upstairs on the dresser. When I called to express my concern, I was told that my the condition of my house was too bad even thought it was not since I clean it myself day to Day. They did not provide any solutions and instead I was told that I should not speak to them in this way. If you wish to waste $83 on a service that is not satisfactory or prompt then this is the service for you. If you wish to spend your money and time wisely then I would not choose them. The manager Patricia was rude and not at all ready to resolve the situation. Instead she was rather pinning the situation on me.

I would highly recommend this cleaning service! Easy to book and super friendly service. The maids arrived promptly and followed all of the instructions that I had given them. I was impressed upon returning, noticing that they had completed above and beyond what they were supposed to. I will be a customer for life, (as long as I live here!)

I've been using Houston Pro Maids for a long time and they never disappoint. Patricia always calls to remind me of the monthly appointments and I love the job they do around my house!

NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE... If I could give them negative stars I most definately would. I recently purchased cleaning services for my home from Houston Pro Maids through Groupon. The cleaning ladies came today to clean my house. When they were finished cleaning one of the bathrooms upstairs, they came downstairs and suddenly, I started to hear water gushing. While the cleaning ladies where still here we went upstairs to look, and the entire bathroom floor was covered in water. While cleaning the bathroom one of the ladies broke/cracked the tank to the toilet. All the water from the toilet tank spilled out onto the bathroom floor and ran through the pipes and started coming out of the vent from the ceiling in the kitchen floor which is downstairs. When I asked her what happened she alluded to the fact that she didn’t understand me or know English.
I know the tank to the toilet was not cracked or broken before they came because there was not a drop of water spillage or leaking on to the bathroom floor or into the kitchen. The water literally started pouring out of the tank onto the bathroom floor and started coming down to the kitchen floor as soon as they left the bathroom upstairs, so it had to be something they did while cleaning. And after this, they didnt even complete the cleaning of the downtairs area.

After contacting Houston Pro Maids to let them know what happened and if they could send someone out fix the tank, I was flat out denied...

HORRIBLE customer service, don't ever waste your money on Houston Pro Maids.

Household managers greatest love are amazing housekeepers and as a House manager, Houston Pro Maids are not only amazing they are an assist to a large home's team. Leticia has been the main housekeeper for the last five years I have managed this home and she has shown great integrity and always on time, these are great qualities and Leticia has them. Have been using Houston Professional Maid service for a few months. They have done a great job cleaning our home and at a reasonable price. On time and dependable and will continue using in the future.

Purchase a Groupon to have a cleaning completed. One of them call me out of my office to tell me under the sink is leaking. I go to the kitchen and water is pouring from underneath the cabinet. I’m going crazy trying to figure out what happened when she points out that the hose to the faucet is disconnected. We thread it back through and I ask the other cleaner did she pull the faucet out to fill up her mop bucket and mistakenly break it, she says no. I work from home and I know nothing was wrong prior to them coming. I called the office for her to tell me she spoke to her cleaners and they state they didn’t break it. Mistakes happen but to LIE about it is ridiculous. They could’ve just apologized and offered some compensation. Now I’m just hoping the wood underneath the cabinet won’t have water damage!!!

Wow! That feeling of coming back home and see everything sharp and clean is one of the best sensations I get when I use maid services, but with you guys Houston pro maids, goes beyond expectations, I know my house is well cared at your hands. Also the maids team is super friendly and professional!

I recommend stay away from this service. I bought their service for 2 hours cleaning, and here is the problems:
1. They Came late! They set appointment with me at 11am but the lady came at 11:35am
2. The lady couldn’t speak English
3. The lady told me that with 2 hours, she only can clean 2 little bathrooms (my apartment is about 800sf for 2 bedrooms, you can finger out how small the bathrooms are) and MAYBE the kitchen. She told me because my bathrooms look dirty so she need a lot time. So you suppose to call the cleaning service only when your house is clean?! She said that she didn’t have enough time to vacuum or mop the floor or change the bed sheets. Only 2 bathrooms and maybe the kitchen for 2 hours.
3. I didn’t agree with that, I said please take 30 minutes in each bathrooms and 30 minutes for the kitchen and then save time to mop the floor (This is a very small apartment, therefore, the floor square or kitchen is very small. ), but the lady didn’t agree with me. She said she can’t do that.
4. After that, I said, fine, do whatever you can. She counted the time with me and then she went to the first bathroom silently. I went there and saw she wrote messages. After that, someone called her and she talk in the phone for a while while she already counted the the time she works.
5. The customer service is more awful. The lady called the customer service to talk about her case that I want her to work a little faster. And then, the lady in the phone as the company preparentative, tell me that that is all they can do, they can not do any more than that. With the high voice, she said that if I don't like it, just cancelled the service. I mean, I already arranged my time to take off my work and stay home to wait for the cleaning, and out of the sun I have to cancel the service because they don't agree to work hard.who is going to pay for my time?
This is the awful service that I have ever had in my life. This company should close down for good. I also assume that they use illegal people for their company because they worker doesn't know how to speak English and they don't care if their customers satisfied or not. They don't care if they could have a lawsuit for their awful job. Therefore, I think those people are illegal immigrants here.

The little details they do after cleaning my house is just perfect, they organized all my things even better than I did and they do an excellent job cleaning the house, imagine arriving home and it smells so good you feel the stress leaving your body, it's the best! I've been hiring maid services for a long time but Houston pro maids are exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much!

I have used Houston Professional Maids for 8 years now. I find Patricia to be quick to respond to texts and flexible to schedule my next cleaning. She also tries hard to find a team that works best for your needs. We have pets and they have always been respectful and kind. We especially like Leticia’s team, very thorough and leave the house much cleaner than they found it!!
