During the past 2 years, I have had American Tool Box Construction replace my sewer line, my water line (street to the house) and remodel my master bathroom. I had a budget Eric worked with my budget and completed the work to my satisfaction. The shower and tile work are lovely! I appreciated Eric's suggestions regarding materials and design. They were on point and I incorporated many of his suggestions into the remodel. He found a fantastic deal on some travertine floor tiles that I love. After having several plumbers out to give estimates, his price was the best price for the work on both my water line and sewer line. I have found Eric LaGrone to be very trustworthy and a quality craftsman. I highly recommend American Tool Box Construction based upon my experience with this company.

I purchased a shower valve from the Moore Supply in League City. It turns out I did not need the valve . I tried to take it back to the Stafford location. I was told by Conner and one other guy that I needed to take it back to League City where I purchased it. Needless to say, I thought that was ridiculous to drive 20 plus miles to do a return when these are the same companies.

Jake found the last water heater return in the country for me. He was very nice and extremely helpful. I really appreciate how easy he made it for me.

WE ARE NOT COMING BACK!
We WERE the loyal customers of Moore's for over 10 years, always happy with their suggestions and service. But, we will never shop there due to the unexpected 35% restocking fees on returns caused by Moore's inadequate products' suggestions. Warning: it's impossible to exchange a faucet within the same brand without the 35% penalty, even though this brand is prominently featured in their store. To add insult to the injury, Moore's emploee kept repeating: "no problem" while issueing the skimpy refund. In fact, IT IS A BIG PROBLEM - the customers should be informed in advance about Moore's shocking restocking fees. We lost over $100.

I came here Sept 2019 for plumbing parts, and the guys were very knowledgeable, helped me with my build for my DIY water softener system install. Just wanted to post and give 'em recognition for their help, they'll advise you what you can do and what you can't unlike a major hardware store.

I walked into Moore Supply in Stafford to be greeted with a smile and handshake from Shane. It was such a pleasant experience especially after coming from Morrison supply who the lady didn't seem to want to help me at all.  This is my first time to remodel anything and it is a guest bathroom.  I am nervous and overwhelmed by the process and all decisions involved.He made it simple and easy!  They have my utmost appreciation and loyalty!  Thank you, Shane!
